Ignored for 3 Months+

I received my figure damaged.

I contacted SooSooToys to help get the issue fixed, as it's their figure. They originally said they won't do anything except replace a damaged hand. Which isn't right, The whole figure is damaged, pieces are coming off, glue smudges. Damaged hand paint. the whole shabang.

It's been over 3 months since i've heard from SooSooToys, they ignore my messages. Leave them on seen and now refuse to even talk to me. the disrespect is genuine, and honestly it's messed up. For a figure company to be so highly regarded and upcoming. This kind of service isn't right. Hopefully with this review they decide to do better and correct their mistakes.

Update; January 28/01/25 They blocked my instagram, then proceeded to change their account to a fanpage. Absolutely ridiculous
