I would have put no stars but wasn't an option. This company, SOOTHE-HABITAT.CO.UK and the associated company ZERO-MIRACLE NETWORK LIMITED (of whom the PayPal payment was made to) are complete scammers. DO NOT PLACE ORDERS and pay money to them. I got initial confirmation, and when I chased the order I was given a link to a bogus tracking site which made it look like the order had arrived in the UK. The trail then went cold the email address didn't exist and the scum have got my money. Neither of the companies are uk registered (despite the name). In my bitter experience, check that a company good by reading genuine reviews, pay by Credit Card (because you are protected), if they don't take this method of payment it may be a warning sign. Be careful buy from adverts on Social Media, it would seem that the advertisers are not well vetted!

Lip stain I ordered from them is total garbage, I ordered 2 different ones, neither do what they said it would do, only thing I can do is throw it in the bin. Please don’t waste your money on them.

Firstly I ordered from.imstagram the 3x xl nra said it was buy 1 get 3 shows a very large woman so yeah thought I'd give it ago my order total was £20.49 order number 20917M183257 in case they say im.lying!.
After I paid i had another invoice come in to.say the actually took £25.61 they added £5.12 on without me seeing and then a day later tried to take another £5.12 aswell. As I payed via PayPal my bank couldn't stop it so I made a case with PayPal and stopping all further payments to them. I was then worried the goods wouldn't turn up. Case opened the 3 bras did turn up but in s/m im a size 20/22 wouldn't even cover my nip. I said I wanted to send back and could the supply a pre paid label so I can ship back for a refund. The said I have to pay to send back their mistake and sens back fully tracked. Fully tracked from uk to China as that's the turn address was £19 am I heck.paying another £19 when they have already scammed me.
Avoid at all costs.

What a load of crap paid £26 for an item didnt arrive sent Emails no reply do not waste time or money crab company I'd give zero but I can't.

I have ordered a 1TB thumb drive on the7th july from Soothe-Habitat.uk apparently it was shipped from the USA and aparently it went through customs about 10 days ago and was released to the courier then an update its gone to an post code adress in Edinburgh instead of coming to me in surrey.
They have cut the email address because i complained so do not know what to do so i am down £26

Do not order the brastheyare advertising ad they don't do what they say they do, load of rubbish, they don't gave a contact number to return them, eventually with the help of PayPal I received an email offeringme £2 refund what an insult,we came to an agreement which I was not impressed with to the total of £5 a loss to me even though I still have the bras, just wanted to get rid as they said I would have to return them to China. BEWARE!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, SHIT PRODUCTS THAT DONT DO WHAT THERE ADVERTISED AS DOING!! KEEP YOUR MONEY & ORDER FROM WONDERSKIN, PRODUCTS THAT ACTUALLY DO AS ADVERTISED AS DOING.....

Purchased their lip stain, firstly it took weeks to finally arrive, i ordered 2 different shades. I tried the first one on my bottom lip left it for a minute, wiped it off and it did absolutely nothing, my lip was exactly the same, while it was on my lip it did tingle/sting a little, but I thought maybe its in my head
So I tried the second shade on my top lip, left this a tiny bit longer, as again it was stinging my lip so didnt want to leave it on too much longer, I wiped it off and thought there was a bit of a difference, as this was a more pink shade, but after a few minutes my lip was back to its normal color so not sure it is was the reaction that had made my lip look a bit pinker. Anyway a few hours later my lips feel a bit sore and sensitive, I definitely won't be using this again and an going to try and get a refund but guess it will be from paypal as I tried all the links on confirmation email and none of them work now 🤔😏 thank god i used PayPal. Please DONT fall for this company's ads they a con artists.

Finally received items, 3 push up bralets.
The quality is rubbish, there's absolutely no support / push up. Waste of money.

Order not arrived, have emailed company but had no response. I feel that l have been conned. Will learn to check reviews in future. 👎

The lip stains are a complete waste of money. I’ve tried these stains previously from another retailer and was very happy with them but these are awful. I have tried emailing company to complain but the email was returned as not able to send. So a refund is impossible. Very disappointed and the advert is misleading. Please don’t be duped into ordering from this company.

The bra's are nothing like the description poorly made, and cheap material it's just a big con to get money for something that's badly made

Product does not work. Ordered the lip tints and neither work. Complete waste of money. No response from company when emailed to make a complaint. Clearly cheap and nasty company. Wish I had read reviews before buying, and am normally so careful, but this was an impulse buy for a holiday.

Product does not do as suggested (lip tint) and tried all links on email to get page error so can not access the website any more

Utter rubbish, absolutely terrible, poor flimsy quality, no support, so thin and cheap. I’ve tried emailing them to return and this is the reply I got!!!!

What went wrong.... what went right!!! The size was supposed to fit 38f but might suit a 34-36 B no support and cheap rubbish. I don't think I could even give them away. WHY DIDNT I READ REVIEWS BEFORE I FELL FOR THE RUBBISH ON FACEBOOK.

Received the bras, nothing like what I was expecting they are absolute rubbish a total waste of money

They completely and utterly scammed me. I ordered on July 7th and weeks later, received the 'bras'. Absolutely shocking quality. Flimsy swimsuit material with thin mattress type foam. I headed to Paypal to open a dispute and they lied and said I opened it for non-delivery. I re-opened it due to defective items and provided pictures. I was then offered a refund if I returned the items....for £20 and change! I paid £21! I get the impression they're well aware of this and it's how they get out of having to refund people. It's simply not worth it for us. Now their website is down as is their e-mail so I've lost that money and have useless items AND I've had to lay out for more bras (from M&S so I know they're actually decent). Lesson learned. Reputable sellers only. Utter scumbags!!
