Slower customer service at the start but resolved issue now
I received a watch as a gift, whilst the watch was beautiful and lovely quality it wasn’t the ideal strap I wanted. I did contact to ask for a refund or replacement. I had to chase it which seemed too unresponsive, they did come back around a week ago to explain that they have recently had a customer services handover causing a recent delay. Also seems in line with another review here. So hopefully a short term hiccup.
As the issue has now been resolved, I wanted to report on trustpilot their actions. They offered to send a strap replacement whilst I could keep my original gift at the same time so I could choose between which strap I wanted and try on firstly instead of a straight swap which I found helpful. Once I had made my decision I then simply sent back the less preferred strap option which was helpful and useful.
I do love my watch, quality is good, as my situation was resolved I would purchase again.
