Breach of guidelines
Steer clear of this so called company!!
I ordered a lingerie set which when it arrived the stitching was very poor. There was cotton hanging from various different places and some of the stitching had even come undone. I still tried it on and the fit was absolutely awful tight in some areas baggy and others, I emailed them a very strong complaint and received a credit note to which I ordered yet another lingerie set when that arrived. Everything was so much smaller than the sizes that they recommend that you buy using their size guide the stitching of the bra was done in such a way that when you did put it on it pinched in areas and gave the most awful shape. The thong that came with the bra was small bearing in mind that the bra was large who in their right mind advertises underwear like this large bra small thong absolutely ridiculous sent yet another email amongst others regarding this particular lingerie set and yet again the replies are repetitive insisting that they are not responsible for returns even though the items are a poor quality and not fit for purpose that is not customer satisfaction no amount of apologies is going to help the consumer when all they want is for you to put your hand in your pocket yet again to send it back to them pay for it to be tracked so you have a slim chance of getting a refund when an actual fact they are receiving the item back denying they ever received it because it’s a completely different Country and it’s easy to say it got lost in the post so you are out-of-pocket twice and yet they have received your money for the product and they’ve received the product back so it is 100% a scam their website looks very professional. The models modelling the lingerie would appear that the lingerie is a very high-quality and that couldn’t be further from the truth. If I could give them a zero I would but it doesn’t allow me to do that and I know that the reply I will get from the company after writing this review will be a copy and pasted one that they have sent all the other bad reviews. I would encourage anyone to read reviews before you buy anything from the social platforms. Some are genuine this one is not it is a scam steer clear.

I purchased two sets from this company
I purchased two sets from this company, and when they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures advertised. The quality was extremely poor and very disappointing.
I returned the items at my own expense and followed all the required steps on my end. It has now been more than five months, and I still have not received my refund.
To make matters worse, they are now asking me to pay customs fees in China before they will return my money. I have never experienced anything like this before.
Please be careful when purchasing from this company. The quality is terrible, and even when you do the right thing as a customer, they do not do the right thing by you. In my experience, it has been a complete waste of time and money.

If only I could give zero. Pictures look amazing but the product are awful and nothing like what you order. They say they come from Europe but in truth they come from China and the fitting is appalling and the quality abysmal. When you want to return it you have to send it back to China and they want to charge you £50 customs fee. Absolutely 100% avoid this company.

There cheap products come from China which is not apparent anywhere. Returns need to go to China. I sent proof of posting and paid to return and funnily enough they say they have never received it and insist I should have paid even more for tracked returns to China! So no money back absolute waste.

Have to pay for your own returns (back to china) and if your parcel gets lost, they dont care. And unless you pay extra to cover for loss and protection on your return order, youre not covered.

Almost a scam
Basicly a scam: the cheapest Chinese made quality with enticing website and total overpricing. I did receive the products, but the quality is not comparable to even the cheapest stuff I could by from local low-range shops and that would cost 1/5 of these prices. Typical pseudo-company marketed in Facebook. Seems like this has been around with other names too (see here also: sophieolivia-boutique).

Absolutely Useless
Package never arrived and customer service was awful. I had to work with my building manager to review the front door camera footage to prove that the package was never delivered, and it was incredibly difficult to communicate with their team (which...I think is just AI??). They have a great website, but I don't think this is actually a company. Also they have great reviews all over the website and it says they're rated 4.7 on Trust Pilot with hundreds and hundreds of reviews, but you can't click on them. The moment I looked them up here to leave a review, they show up as 2.8 stars. So. Yeah. Garbage all around, clearly.

Disappointing and would never buy from the again. Worst service ever, bought a set for my wife. Arrived 3 weeks later, size was completely wrong and send it back to them. No response to my email or refund and it’s been 4 weeks since I send it back. Scam from China, don’t buy!

I’m genuinely impressed with this brand. The quality is exceptional, you can feel it right away in the fabric and the fit. Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the stitching to the details, and it feels both comfortable and luxurious at the same time.
What I love most is how well it fits the body, supportive, flattering, and still incredibly soft on the skin. It’s the kind of lingerie that makes you feel confident without compromising on comfort.
You can tell they really care about craftsmanship and materials. Definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to.

Awful material, cheap looking dress
