Ok, so it is from china, not very obvious until you get the shipping details and see the products. Probably a bit expensive for the quality but what i got is ok! Perfectly fine for a bit of smutty bedroom wear. Will it last and wash well? probably not, but fine for what i was after.

Paid over £100 for items, primark has better quality.

Its a scam, comes from China. The products didnt look like the items I brought. Like bra no wire and ripped as took out bag. Never will I buy again save your money.

The images on line look great, but not at all up to my expectations. So I initiated the "Return" process. Return is in quotes as the process is ridiculous. They gave me a return address in China, and made sure I knew that there would likely be custom fees too. So my $65 dollar order would be $95 to return. Never again. Avoid them and stick with Victoria.

Sizing is very inconsistent. While I won't return the items due to the hassle of it. I only like 2 of the 3 items ordered. 1 is not the same as shown on the site and I will not be getting any use out of it.
I'm also not happy with the items taking almost 1 month to arrive. The courier company they use is awful and unresponsive. I eventually got what i ordered. But I discovered, that if I didn't get the order the company would not provide a refund and places responsibility of shipping issues on the courier company. The customer is not able to choose the shipping method. Transfering responsibility of order fullfillment feels like poor business pratice.

Just its written one size sounds like fit anyone! Actually it's just for slim bodies!

I had a disappointing experience with Sophie & Olivia Lingerie.

My order arrived with a broken clasp, incorrect sizing, and overall quality that did not match what was advertised or expected for the price. The materials and finish felt cheap and not in line with how the brand is presented online.

I contacted support within a week of delivery and was offered a replacement for one of the items. However, due to delayed responses and confusion in their system (which they acknowledged), the process dragged out.

By the time I followed up again to proceed, I was told the 30-day return window had passed — and they refused to honour the earlier replacement offer or provide any resolution.

I was also informed that any return would need to be shipped internationally (in my case, back to China) at my own expense, which was not made clear upfront.

So despite reporting a faulty item early, I was left with no refund, no replacement, and no accountability.

Based on my experience:
• Product quality did not match expectations
• Sizing was inconsistent
• Materials felt cheap and poorly made
• Customer service was slow and disjointed
• Promises made earlier were not honoured
• Returns require international shipping at your own cost back to China.

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I gifted a set for the holidays and needed to return them. Shame on me (?) for not reading the reviews nor the return policy. I was asked to photograph all of the pieces first and submit, then once approved to ship them back to china and provide my receipt (photo), tracking number and customs number (this was Jan 20th) then was told by support to send photos of the package and ONCE confirmed receipt in china they would issue my refund (less shipping and handling = 20% of the order cost)… if you’ve ever shipped to china once the item is through customs you lose tracking. So here we are 3 months after leaving the post office and i still have not received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought 2 sets of lingerie from this company… I wish I had searched on here for reviews first. The lingerie is poorly made, low quality materials. The bra cups are nothing like their stated sizes. The entire purchase cost me over £80. When I requested a refund they emailed me small print about how I would have to send it back to China at my own cost (which would have been about £30+!) and they would only return a small amount of the price. I felt entirely scammed and am left with unwearable items. AVOID. DO NOT BUY !!

Husband ordered the lingerie in incorrect sizes as Christmas present. I emailed within 30 days to request a return. They emailed back and said keep the items and pay $7.50 AUD per item they would then send new ones in the right sizes. I sent a list of styles and sizes but each time I emailed, I got a delayed response that the stock was no longer available. This went on over several emails. I’d choose a new style and that wouldn’t become available. Tired of the back and forth I asked for the refund I originally requested, but I am no longer receiving responses.

Beautiful products at great prices, but it was the customer service that got me: when they give more than you expect, it’s a job done right!

Very poorly made. Inconsistent sizing. I followed the sizing guide and bought 3 sets. On all 3 bras the band was too big and the cup was way too small. Very cheap material. The cups of the bras are not rounded. The best way to describe them as awkward. I was spilling out on the top, sides, and bottom. Never experienced such a bad fit.

I have just received my order today and I am so upset and disappointed. The item is described as a corset style body suit and in reality it’s a piece of flimsy lace. And I paid £40 for that, the kind of thing you could pick up on a market stall for a tenner.
What a total waste. It was late being delivered which turns out to be a god send, if I had taken it on our anniversary break my partner would have been disappointed too.

The sizing is a bit strange but got it right first time. Great comms throughout and postage was very swift. The quality was very good and my partner was well pleased. 10/10. Sadly though i didn't recieve my mystery gift :-(

After reading all the bad reviews, after I had placed the order I was a bit sceptical.

BUT the items arrived, and the only thing I would say is that it does take a while to arrive, so please don't order if you want the items to arrive in the coming week.

The set itself was comfortable, as I had worn this out for dinner under a very fitted dress. The material was nice and soft and did not smell as others have stated.

It's yet to go through a wash so I can't comment on any further on the material and whether it may fall apart.

I ordered a size after viewing the sizing guide and all items fitted me.

Horrible cheap quality for the price shame on you!!. Had to go through PayPal for a dispute and refund. Shipped item back to CHINA. via UPS. FYI ($20) To ship back with tracking.
