waited over a month for seeds that never came. said it was delivered but it was NOT.

I ordered a 3D popup Valentines Day card on January 22 it is now April 4 and still haven't recieved the card. I have contacted the company 2 different times and each time they said.

"We checked the tracking information but there were no updates.
To make sure you will receive your package ASAP, We are resending your order.

Please wait a few more days for the new parcel.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.
However is never came. so I made a case for a refund to PayPal and they mysteriously produced the tracking which stated it was delivered on March 23 to my mail box through USPS. I get notifications from USPS each time something is coming to or delivered to my mailbox and I never received a notification NOR did I receive the card but since they produced a bogus Tracking number that USPS has no record of then PayPal refuses to investigate it any further. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY nor rely on PayPal to thoroughly investigate a claim!!!! The company total SCAM!

Placed order for 3 pop up cards 1/14/26. last tracking update was 2/11/26 claiming it was in transit in the US with a Wilmington, 19850 zip code. Another frustrating scam supported by web providers and credit card companies. A well executed scam and legitimate looking website like many others on the web. Dispute filed with Credit Card. Probably will take 60-90 days and supporting documentation sent to get a satisfactory resolution and refund. Got me once again.

Am still waiting for a package that was marketed and sold based on timing sensitivity (Valentine's Day). The package made it to Norfolk on Feb 6. Today, Feb 23, the package is still sitting in Norfolk (supposedly). The Company wants me to receive and evaluate the product, and indicates no ability to return or get a refund. Wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered. This is very near a scam operation. Their communications are all bot-driven.

Just as the previous raters have said - a total waste of time. I ordered the pop up card the beginning of Jan and it is now Feb 20th - and nothing. Tracking shows it someplace in Michigan since the 7th. Numerous emails to them always get a "we have requested it be expedited" but of course it wasn't. One response a week ago said they were going to send it again and just be patient. I have requested a full refund and get the same "expedited" reply. I am looking for more places to review them - everyone should be made aware. They say they have so many top ratings - yet there is no place to rate them.

Lied to me!!
I ordered a Valentines Day card that was 3-D and you could take the flowers out of the card and put them on your desk. Well I ordered it the week of New Years and they said I would receive it before Valentines Day. It took 2 weeks to show up on a shipping record. I asked them who the shipping company was and they couldn't tell me. They said they use a lot of different companies and not sure which one had my package. I asked for a shipping number and they did give me one. The number they gave me was in no shipping company records. They lead me on for 3 weeks and still could not find my number in any system. They even told me that they reshipped the order. Again I asked for a shipping/ tracking number. Now I have lost all contact with them. They no longer reply to my messages. I'm canceling my credit order and writing this. I even told them I was going to give them a terrible review. Nothing from them, they just don't care about their customers.

Completely and utterly a waste of time. Ordered a pop up valentines day card 1/3/26. Today is 2/13/26 and nothing has been received. Do not buy anything from these people.

ordered over 45 days ago and still nothing i do believe this is a scam website stealing money if that is the way you want to live your life then so be it just know that you are a pathetic human being.

these seeds would come from China) they came in, NOT marked (I ordered 3 varities) and come to find out they are NOT JASMINE since Jasmine does not grow from these seed pods. They sent a similar plant (not at all in the same plant family) that blooms at night but is also known as a noxious weed. I contacted my cc company for full refund . (I asked company to cancel order the same day and got an email back saying they had already shipped out (NOT TRUE) DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ROGUE, SCAMMING COMPANY LOCATED IN HONG KONG.

Item NEVER showed up. Kept giving me bs tracking and it never came. Took my money!

The product I ordered was in transit for over a month and then according to tracking info, disappeared in transit half the country away. They refused to offer a refund and only said "check you mailbox" and the refused to respond to further communications.

I would give 0 stars if possible...I ordered 🔥Premium Rare Hosta Seeds🌿Shade-Tolerant Plant × 1...paid $33.23 on Nov 30,2025. They used 17track for delivery who claim it was delivered to my mailbox on Jan 5,2026. Lies all around and try to decipher 17track website is absolutely impossible unless you read chinese....scammers!!!! Warning....Do not order from this company of scammers!!!!

PayPal confirms that I paid. Sent them the PayPal receipt and they have not responded.

Ordered for a special anniversary. Two weeks

I have to give a star or else I would give zero shipping said 8-10 days and I paid for that I’m now going in two months still no package and I just keep getting I’m sorry. This was a Christmas gift I ordered 11/20/25 today is Jan 7th still nothing. Customer service just says sorry and sends me my tracking number last 5 emails. Horrible customer service and no ownership

Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. After spending way too much money for six Christmas gift card holders, and waiting a month, I received three happy birthday card holders and two Christmas card holders. The company now thinks I lied to them. These people are by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with.

Ordered watercolor wrkbooks off a Facebook ad. Should have been suspicious when delivery notification showed order originating in Berlin Germany. Ordered on 9/ 13 and had not received after a month....tracking stopped on Oct. 12 so I contacted company. They sent new tracking info, now dated Oct. 13th saying product was delivered on Oct. 1st, but to a complete different city than what my order said. 17Track was the legitimate tracking company so they said to take up with USPS. Wen I tried to track with USPS they said they had no record of the tracking no. Credit card charge was with company AIYTECH Hong Kong. Total scam. Discovered that AIYTECH had numerous scam reports and also discovered that sellers post fraudulent tracking information on the 17Track platform. Stay away from sophisticatedmazy!
