Samples don’t show up

Didn’t receive my sample. Tried to track it but all it said was I will receive it in a few weeks..which I didn’t.

A month later and I haven't received the 'free sample' - I think it's probably just a way to get your information and sell it on.

My sample of the pink ice perfume by rue 21 came in a few weeks and all I got was a paper that you would usually get out of a magazine I was very disappointed! The smell of the perfume was just okay.

Today I received more samples and normally takes less than a week and always nicely packed. I definitely will order from them again,also if you have a app Gmail or yahoo you can still submit a form. I highly recommended.

I got my free samples in just 3 days. So fast and used so good items. Love from Dubai.

This is a scam. Never received my item. The “contact us” on their website is only for their partners, if you have a gmail/yahoo email—you cannot submit a form.

I am always receiving samples from this company. They are absolutely great.

Since I ordered my Dior Serum sample (Instagram offer), I have been OVERFLOWDED with spam emails in my inbox. They continue arriving, every day, and they do not go to the spam folder... There is no way to unsubscribe or revert this situation (remember: in order to receive the gratis sample of this Dior Serum, I had to consent my Email, my private Adress, my Name... and THEN re-confirm my Email account!).
P.S.: I became my Serum after almost 3 months, ok. But the spam Emails are still arriving...

I think its great. My samples always arrive, sometimes even after few days. I have no problem waiting for it longer. Not sure why people complaining I guess you can't please everyone. It's a great way to try stuff before buying them.

Get plenty of samples (at least 3 per month) varying from mascara, creams and of course perfumes from companies like YSL, Loreal, Valentino, Jimmy Choo, pack rabbane + more. As they always say, it will be with you within few weeks. People should stop complaining about the waiting time as it's a FREE sample.

Very disappointed. I ordered my free sample and it came used and half full as you could smell it when I opened the packaging. I will not be ordering from yourselves again. Very disappointed

Unfortunately they don't send out their samples very quick. I just received my sample after a month. No customer service but you'll receive your sample at some point. They don't give out dispatched information etc.

I ordered a sample of Smashbox primer 10 months ago. I'm yet to receive the item (I'm not expecting to by now). Tried to find a way to contact regarding this but there doesn't seem to be a way. There's an faq relating to not receiving items, but it just says items can take up to 3 weeks. It's been over 40 weeks...
