Criminally incompetent

Total incompetence at every turn.

They have now allowed my data to be stolen by hackers. They originally wrote to me saying that I was not affected, but now they have written again to say that I am. The original letter included incorrect details for 'Experian Identity Plus', so now the new letter has the correct details.

Absolute clown show staffed by total chimps who can't get the most basic things right. I only have to deal with these morons because my pension was passed from pillar to post and ended up in this cesspool.

If I can give 0 stars as that is what this company deserve, can you please make sure your company is up to date with your website, I can't believe that this is the official partner of UK immigrations when all the website was done poorly and deliberately confusing to get more money out of people.

Listing everything I found wrong on your Website

1. Inquiry page loads and hangs frequently.
2. I can't believe your website inquiry form does not accept characters (.,!?)
how do you supposed to understand all paragraph and grammars without this? such a JOKE and one of a kind in this matter
3. You made the website very confusing for all the people booking appointment so that they call your hotline which charges money per minute? what an excellent sales point!
4. Scanning documents and checking document can this be done at the appointment? why make things complicated and need to upload documents first 2 days before appointment to be able to use this added service? so that means if you want to purchase both services why would you need a document scanning when you have to mandatory upload the documents to be check anyway? a bit special and backwards who ever created this rule

and so on and on... your website is the most backward and confusing thing I ever encounter I can't believe your company is the partner of UK Immigrations as the service and quality really does not align

What a great experience today with a very kind, nice and excellent lady.(larizjaratnam) at Bedford Point. She helps us with my daughter applying for our British citizenship! She makes sure that all our documents are complete. God bless her.🙏

UKVAS pleasant experience

I had yesterday an appointment at UKVAS near Bristol at Kingswood civic center for a biometric record. Very professional and kind Lauren made the experience very smooth. I am very grateful for her dedication and patience.

I had an appointment with an UKVAS…

I had an appointment with an UKVAS agent named Melanie and she was very thorough and checked documents did the biometric check. She was patient and no hassle with the appointment. I had already submitted all my documents scans online so it was checked ahead of my appointment at only £50. I am very happy with the service

I applied for a job recently and was…

I applied for a job recently and was contacted a week later asking me if l wanted to discuss the role. I emailed back immediately saying l was free to discuss the position in detail and that l was looking for work asap. I have not received any further email or phone call from anyone. This has made me wonder what type of company this is to work for and maybe a blessing in disguise going by all these reviews. Sounds like a very incompetent company!

They dont care about people

Went with friend who doesn't speak english at Maidstone office. (As i did other times in the past and everything was ok) Today they didnt gave me the permit to enter, and if i asked to wait inside the building because i was freezing the answer was "no" (even there is a waiting room) the security man was very arrogant.

I went to Luton Regus using the UKVCAS…

I went to Luton Regus using the UKVCAS service managed by SOPRA STERIA. I paid £132 for a basic biometric appointment (scanning no included), it took 12 min approximately. Right from the beginning the agent who assisted me behaved like he was doing me a favour. He was also talking all the time with his collage on the other desk while asking me questions and checking my documents. No sense of respect for the person on the other side of the desk when handling confidential information. They didn't look English.
I wonder if they treat you like that because they know you are a foreigner, although for the same reason they should be more considered as they or their parents have also emigrated to this country.

I hope the UK government review the contract with this company and outsource the service to a company with a good customer service reputation.

'Scan' artists

My partner paid £50 for online biometric paperwork check. Incompatible browser. Chrome! Tried Firefox. Still no good. Tried calling. No answer. Fifteen minutes in the queue cost £8. Went to Exeter office. Staff blamed busy website for upload failure. Had to pay a further £54 for checks that my partner had already paid for. Staff spent seconds scanning paper documents and disorganising them. Didn't even seem to check them. Intransigent about refunding document-checking fees but repeatedly advised that credit cards acceptable. Someone remind me how, exactly, this company wangled a contract with the Home Office?

Call is a waste of time

Call is a waste of time. I called and waited for 16 minutes but all in vain,There was no one to answer. The EU countries have faster service than the UK. It’s been 8 weeks but no reply yet. Very bad service. This is gone way too beyond the expectation time.

Discriminative and abusive behavior…

Discriminative and abusive behavior received from the UKVCAS staff at London Mark Lane after I warned them that they should be following the Covid protocol by wearing their face coverings and by wearing them properly. One of them was wearing a face shield not a face covering and the other one was wearing his mask under his nose. When I warned this to them they laughed at me and got angry at me and expelled me out of the premises forcefully. Even they didnt let me in after that. Every single applicant was wearing properly his or her mask but not these two great people and violated in fact the government regulations and their promises to the customers/applicants. Although I was a customer since I paid for their service and I needed to expect a quality and safe service this didnt happen and on top of this I was abused with my own money. What a shame!

New Maidstone office

New Maidstone office is super modern & clean environment. Very helpful staff and rapid scanning possible of many pages of financial documents & certificates. Was an unexpectedly pleasant experience and we walked out of there happy. We were lucky enough to have a free appointment, just paid the £51 for the scanning which was well worth it.

Very poor service due to equipment failure, despite a friendly employee

I attended a free appointment at the Reading Library to submit documentation and do the biometric enrollment for a citizenship application. Although the person attending me was polite and helpful, her struggle with the equipment was really painful to watch. The kiosks where pictures and fingerprints were meant to be taken refused to work, she had to manually set up alternative equipment, some of which broke during set-up. The whole appointment took about 40 min instead of 10-15. As I managed to book a free appointment, I was fairly relaxed about it, had I paid the £125 that most appointments are charged at, I would have been seriously upset. I'm sure that Sopra must make good money out of this service at the price, as many outsourced services recently, this should be more tightly managed by the Government.

No urgent appointments even for £199!!!

How is it possible that after I paid £3200 incl £800 for super priority service there is no option to get an urgent appointment even for extra £199!!! I don’t mind paying that as I really need to be able to travel to work but even so expensive appointments are not available for many days ahead!!! Let’s also mention that we have to wait for 7-10 days for BRP to arrive! It’s extremely disappointing having to pay so much money with no way to speed the process up and no way to leave the country for so long!!!

So I scanned the documents myself online then I just need to pop-in and do the pic and fingerprints MYSELF (no Labour needed as it’s all automated with machines) and even for £199 there is no urgent appointments!!!!!!
