No Tracking Number

Hi my name is Jada Baker and I ordered 1 hoodie from this website for my birthday trip on the 13th I been waiting for about 6 days since I order my clothes but it still says awaiting shipment and I really need those clothes on the 13th or sooner like it says. Can you please make sure it gets here on the 13th Thank you. Here is my order number ZWZ60821. And the sweater is fire it’s just the tracking . I haven't got any updates on the package at all and I tried emailing sopula, they claim that they'll get to it in 24-48 hours. It's already been 3 days with no response. I placed a small order 2 tshirts and pair of shorts. Its took 3-4weeks before items were delivered. Then delivery carrier just drop the package near my mailbox instead of dropping by door. Looking at the reviews I noticed a reoccurring problem with this website and the would be the product won’t be shipped until the problem has been addressed. They do not care for the customer and don’t take action until the situation has been addressed. So now i’m writing a review so they don’t overlook my order and ship it until I say something. My relationship with sopula is weird

My relationship with sopula is weird. This is my 2nd time buying for them. The first time I bought from them I received my hoodie in about 2 weeks and I actually quite love the hoodie. The 2nd time was for another hoodie with a completely different experience. The colors were a different shade from the colors of the hoodie I choose and they replaced secondary color with white instead of black (as it was on the photo). A few other minor issues is that it took 3 weeks to come in with hardly any tracking, and the size is a large and not a medium which I was supposed to get a medium. I don’t mind these issues at all my main glaring issue is the material. I paid over 50 bucks for a 100% COTTON hoodie as it was stated on the description. Not this polyester crap I received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered the “fast money” hoodie and a small pair of black jeans. I never received confirmation or any tracking/order number from them. Only proof I have of the transaction is my bank statements. Reached out to inform them of the issue with their site; customer service email is NO HELP. Never received what I paid for. Forced to report fraud and dispute charges with my bank. RUN!

High prices and Poor People Quality

They used to be cool before they raised their prices. The quality is pretty bad but it used to be okay for the price you paid. Now you pay expensive prices for poor quality shirts. Sometimes the designs aren’t even centered on the shirts. Plus the shirts dont match the pics.
