Horrible experience

Do not buy from this brand. The worst customer service and online shopping experience I have ever had.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I paid €20 shipping for my product and it took 41 days to arrive (in Europe) which is insane. Throughout this process the brand was completely unhelpful and I had to continuously contact them for updates and still I received none from them.

I also tried to cancel my order after a month had passed with no information on its whereabouts, but they refused stating that since they shipped it “correctly” there was nothing they could do. They also refused to refund me for the shipping. Their customer rep had a generally bad attitude and it was always frustrating and upsetting communicating with them and receiving passive aggressive response and no helpful information.

Avoid at all costs.
