I just started using "Easy File Renamer" because I have zillions of files with underscores and spaces that I would like to replace with dashes. Their program is very esthetically pleasing, a joy to use, and a super life server for me. I had tried using command sequences to rename files in Windows 11 but compared to that method, "Easy File Rename" is easy and fun. Also, their communication is excellent. I contacted them about a possible new feature and they were super responsive!

I have a lifetime of family images, and videos. They were strewn across many hard drives and other mediums, for far too long. I upgraded my laptop hard drive to consolidate, and sort everything, with the intention of finally cleaning out duplicates. I found that the program I was depending on to help, no longer worked. I texted Sorcim, and within 24 hrs. had the easy solution. Thanks so much!

The product I bought was for removing copies. I accidentally lost all my data when my computer crashed in the middle of a drag-and-drop. The program worked amazingly with a small batch (tested first to see how it works). When the computer crashed in the middle of the drag-and-drop, I lost my folder. I searched everywhere and lost tens of thousands of files. I sent in a request for a refund since I couldn't use the product at this point. I received an email the very next day with instructions and questions and they were going to help me retrieve my data. I hadn't purchased a data recovery program, so I was elated. They went above and beyond. I've had lots of programs over the years and not one of them has ever tried to help to keep the customer happy, so I would be very proud of that fact. Please keep up that level of commitment in a day and time where money usually is the only thing that matters. Thank you again for your assistance

First of all, I have 106, 219 pictures in my main picture folder. I knew alot are duplicates With PictueEcho, I was able to eliminate over 70,000 duplicates and similar pictures.
As I had questions throughout the process, the support staff answered question quickly and helpfully. I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to search out the duplicates myself!

I found an issue with the product. Customer service was second to none. They accepted the issue and updated their product, keeping me updated every step of the way. The product now works as expected.

Product works well, price is fair, customer service organized and reasonable.

Over time due to clones etc. by 3rd parties I ended up with a lot of duplicate files. Due to time constraints and level of expertise I did not want to clean it up myself. Used CFC to identify 400+ gb of copied data. Process took about 1.5 hours in total to identify and move to a folder which I then offloaded to an external hard drive. Quick and pretty easy/intuitive to use for my purposes.

Easy File Renamer is one of those tools that fits a specific niche -- but fits it (nearly) perfectly. I have a 1,000-plus files that must be renamed to meet new naming standards. The new standard requires the names be all lowercase, contain no spaces, use only letters and numbers and dashes - NO underscores, spaces, capitals or other "special characters."
The files I need to fix are stored in many, many layers of directories, folders and sub folders. Easy File Renamer lets me designate which files need to be renamed, search by specific parameters, or even designate a whole directory to edit. The tool lets users define a series of actions. For example, I used the "Lowercase" function to change all names to lowercase; then "Remove Text" to cut out needless words; then "Replace Text" to replace underscores with dashes. Click GO and like magic all the files are fixed. Compare that to manually editing even a small list of files and you realize you've made yourself more productive. I've used this program for over a year and would estimate it has saved me at least 100 hours of mind-numbing, soul-sucking work. My only complaint is that the navigation to define a folder to edit is a little clumsy.

I had a refreshing experience with the support team at picture echo. I needed to check and see if it was possible to install on a second computer in my household for my wife and they turned that request around in 30 minutes with a new license for her computer. What kind of service nowadays is very rare

Clone Files Checker is the best of the all the duplicate finder programs out there the reason I can say this is because I tried all the free ones and the ones with trials and they were all hard to use Clone Files Checker is the easiest to use and the support is excellent they email you and asked you if you have any issues with using Clone Files Checker ( "who does that" )

Clone Files Checker identified duplicates in a large music database based on my search parameters. Prompt user support got me past past a false start or two. Good product, great support.

I have used several of the Sorcim products through the years, all of which are well worth their minimal costs. In particular, Easy File Renamer is an absolute life saver. Every time I use it, I am happy with the easy interface, the slew of options for renaming files, and the speed at which it does so. Also, the customer service at Sorcim is top-notch; they've proven quite helpful on more than one occasion.

This program literally solved every issue I had in a project I am working on that is very labor intensive. This software literally wiped out days of work in a matter of hours. I specifically used the Numbering on over 5,000 files, but discovered it also has the prefix feature to help with the 3-digit requirement, then the swap feature helped me reset my files the way I really wanted to organize it. In addition, customer service has been quick and responsive. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

Great product and great customer service. I've used a couple of other duplicate removers before but so far this one has the best UI and is easiest to use. And the customer service is also great. 100% recommended.

I had an administrator problem and couldn't open the Duplicate File Delete app. Sorcim support worked with me for 1 hour and not only solved my initial problem but they stayed with me until one of my major files was all cleaned up. Great support team. I would highly recommend all Sorcim products.

I received quick, responsive, and dedicated help for as long as it took to help me figure out my gnarly renaming issues. Now I am equipped to rename a boatload of files in much less time than it would take to do manually.

Initially, I had an issue selecting directories beyond my desktop, checked for an update, but no update was available. Filed a trouble ticket, and got a quick response within 24 hours, the team said to try to update 6.1, which solved the problem. Great turnaround, I was only not working for a few days. awesome!!!
