DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY. THE STAFF (KEVIN & LUCY) COMPLETELY GHOST FOR LONG PERIODS AND THEN BECOME AGGRESSIVE WHEN YOU CHASE THEM UP TOO MUCH. LUCY IGNORED ME FOR A WEEK, THEN KEVIN ENTERED THE CONVERSATION, LIED AND SAID THEY HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT ME SEVERAL TIMES. THIS IS A LIE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE COMPLAINT TEAM AND THEY GHOSTED AGAIN. UNPROFESSIONAL!

UPDATE: I received an email from ‘Kevin’ asking if my issue had been resolved… I’d been waiting on him for a response the whole time. So unprofessional, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

As a small business owner, I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid expecting genuine business opportunities, but the lead I received never responded despite several follow-ups and calls. From my perspective, it didn't feel like a real opportunity at all.

For a small business, time is just as valuable as money. Unfortunately, I didn't see any value from the service and wouldn't use it again.

On the supplier side, I'm fairly disappointed with both the service offered and the return on investment. Poorly qualified leads priced at hundreds of euros, on top of, unsurprisingly, a subscription-based model with a fixed fee. I'm not convinced this attracts the kind of 'good agencies' that are actually able to serve clients well.
The latest issue: we received a lead with no description, once again billed at a steep price. After an initial contact with the prospect, it turned out we couldn't meet their needs, so we requested a refund from Sortlist. Radio silence ever since...

Not recommended, bad lead quality, they promote and offer a full 100% refund policy for leads, but in the end it turns out they do not refund the payments just refund the amount to your wallet and you can only use it for 12 months. If you want to apply for another project with the same refunded balance, they want to sell an expensive membership. Without the membership you cant use your funds somehow. I would not recommend the platform.

Be very careful- they charge you for Meetings that then never happen, sometimes up to 800 euro per no show and then ghost you

This is a complete scam, we asked not to be charged 4 times and you said that our campaign was cancelled and that there would be no more charges. But they kept charging us for nothing. They don't send leads at all and hope that you will not notice their charges. Don't use them whatsoever. They are thiefs

I’ve tried several B2B platforms before, but this is the first time one has actually delivered real results. While my initial selection yielded mixed results, the Sortlist team personally reached out to offer better alternatives.

Every agency they recommended was top-tier: they all showed up, delivered professional pitches, and provided clear quotes. The level of personalization and follow-up is unmatched. I’ve successfully hired an agency through them and couldn't be happier with the process. Highly recommended if you want to skip the noise and get straight to quality providers.

Seems like a complete scam. We built a profile on it and then got an email from Macarena Vayá Duarte
to set up a meeting to for " could be a good fit for what you do, and I would like to confirm if that is the case."

Her calender was full when we tried to book a meeting, when we emailed and asked if the leads were divded by category and then when we were planning on connnecting the next year, they completely deleted our profile.

What a WASTE OF TIME! DO NOT INVEST in this platform.

Waste of money, don't recommend. Fake leads pretending to be from US or Canada but all requests were sent from their Belgium office. I dont know why they even try to scam developers, they didnt even try to use vpn for their scam requests. That's not how you run a business Sortlist. Shame.

Agency owner here. We're constantly receiving so called "New opportunities" which are never a real client, 100% it's either not a real project or fake persona. Of course you have to pay to contact each "new opportunity". Waste of time and money.

These guys are very professional at their work, the customer service is very impressive. i wish they grow more, and definitely they will. thanks Sortlist

Be careful with Sortlist — most of the companies they list as “top” or “best” are not genuinely ranked by quality. They include your company in the “Top 10” or “Top 20” lists only if you pay them. So, don’t trust their rankings as a true reflection of performance or reputation.

We have tried again and again to close a deal with leads provided by Sortlist through their project request process, and now I am sure that is a waste of time and money. They charge extra for each lead information where leads are fake, other times they need just an estimation etc. The leads coming from sortlist are very poor quality, so I suggest to not lose money and time on this platform.

Waste of time and money.

We have used these types of platforms before with little success but were sold the dream with Sortlist. As per usual, these platforms attract bad leads, that almost always have no purchase intent.

If you have money to spend, for the elevated cost of poorly qualified leads, you'd get a much better return from literally any other channel.

On top of this, when you decide to cancel your renewal, the team will come up with all sorts of excuses to not refund you like a bunch of scamming thieves.

Very quick resolution of my request, especially considering the short notice. I really appreciated the responsiveness and efficiency.

The proactive approach of Sortlist, the personal conversation make a huge difference. The agencies offered were all very professional and I found a really good agency among those offered. The agencies’ self presentations appeared really accurate. I would use Sortlist happily in the future again.

Leads are low quality and almost never respond, Sortlist got a refund policy but will almost never refund you opportunities back.
