Sortlist is like Bark on steroids but not in a good way, they send us leads all the time however the average lead cost is over 200 euros in some cases like the one I just got 303 euros for a lead with no decision making ability, where I have to compete with 3 other people. In the one they just sent me they said they were going to send it out to Spanish agencies as well so the competition just doubled. only Sortlist win from this.

Yesterdays lead was for a tarot card reader with no stated budget.

Terrible leads, expensive and I don't believe they actually help the industry.

i stumbled upon sortlist for a a branding job , and i was happy to receive great customer service and follow up. they put me in touch with companies i wouldn't have known otherwise who knew what my requirements where even before the meeting which made it much easier to discuss the ideas vs the logistics and budget which where already given to them

Basically, I think the platform is very helpful. It is easy to use, very clear and pleasant to work with. It helps to get a great overview of potential partners - even partners that you would never have found through your own research.

Sortlist is a very professional service. Taking care our needs, they supported us to provide in short time the potential agencies as well as a platform to organize meetings with them and helped us to compare the different feedback obtained. We strongly suggest to use Sortlist!

I've used the platform for a couple weeks. The payment system it uses is misleading. I've found some leads that didn't show up. Sortlist's refunding is actually not a refunding. Once you pay and get refunded you can reuse it on Sortlist. So after some leads and refunding demands (which is not easy, because you have to write to the unqualified leads and send the proof to Sortlist) I felt frustrated because they want me to pay 800 EUR. OK some of this is for display ads on the platform, that's not a problem. But for the time and energy and having nothing in hand except an invoice of several hundred EUR is really bad.

Sortlist is a fraud. They say they have a 60day money back guarantee but they refuse to refund. You give money to contact the job posters but they don't get back to your messages. Result is, you throw money out to the space (or Sortlist bank account) and drink a glass of water after it.

Avoid at all costs. Turned to Sortlist in a time of need to help generate new client leads, but ended up costing me £££s without any benefit or solid leads.
