Really easy and straightforward system. It was quick and simple which made the experience less stressful. I 100% recommend using SortMove!

Overall very good service, only minor downside was the identity verification via HooYou which had some issues accepting photos of ID.

Questionnaire fairly straight forward to complete though some bits difficult if you don’t have the history of the house you’re selling. My case is still showing as ‘incomplete’ even though everything has been completed so some frustrations. Staff are really helpful to support resolution of any issues

Using the online service with Sortmove has been great.
Totally stress free at a very stressful time giving complete peace of mind. Simple to use and gives you the option to save your information as you go along should you need to complete it at a later date or have the dreaded internet failure half way through. I would recommend them to anyone.

Easy app that kills bureaucratic procedures and makes the prompt shortcut to upload all documents and ID verification, and more, so smoothly.

Fairly easy system, but lacking various options in answer boxes.
E.g. often in replies a "don't know" box is needed, but this was not available, only a straight yes or no.
This is unsatisfactory.

Very easy to complete all necessary forms and upload documents.
Any queries I did have were answered very quickly.
Filling in each section of the process in my own time, saving progress along the way was also really beneficial.

The best part about Sort Move is that can do everything online without having to print things off and send them in the post etc... but I had a few problems and delays.

Once I had confirmed with the Estate agent that I wished to use their recommended solicitor via Sort Move, it was a week before I had access to the online login...not very 'fast-start', but probably not the fault of Sort Move.

Once online, the fixtures and fittings form deleted my details 3 times (loads of wasted times)|. In the end I printed a form & sent it direct from the solicitor via email.

I also felt there was a lack of explanation in some parts of the form/process.

You will still have to download a third party app to verify your identity, lots more T's & C's to read.

If you read the small print at the bottom of your original quote it states the amount of commission they earn from the Solicitors, I don't believe the service I have received so far is worthy of this huge commission.

Sort Move are however responsive with their phone and email support when you do run into difficulties..!
