I joined SortNext because I wanted to explore two roles: SOC Analyst and Junior Project Manager. Honestly, I wasn't sure which one I'd lean towards, but I figured why not try both.

The program gave me a real taste of both worlds. I was analyzing logs, using different security frameworks, working on project management stuff, doing risk assessments, and collaborating with the team. It wasn't just theory for the sake of theory – they actually put you in situations where you have to figure things out yourself.

I think a lot of us struggle with that transition from class to real work. You memorize so much, but when you're actually facing a problem, you freeze. SortNext forced me to get past that.
