Since referring Solicitor and Survey instructions through SortRefer the service provided has been spot on. If there are ever issues our Business Development Manager Jordan Tunnicliffe is always on hand to help where he can. This has helped on a few cases that had stalled slightly with solicitors and clients were growing frustrated, but with Jordan’s actions the cases moved forward again and all issues were resolved. This is really important for us as Mortgage Brokers to ensure our clients journey is as smooth and stress free as possible. Would highly recommend.

Paul is always extremely responsive, both before instruction and throughout cases. The system itself is very user-friendly, with the notes facility making communication with solicitors quick and straightforward. I also find the progress tracker really useful for managing cases.

Quotes are always clear, competitive, and transparent. Range of options available for the client!
