Honestly the interview process was very fast and informative, it asked questions that honestly forced one to think and used terminology that was understandable to most people.

Overall the SortSmart test experience was great! This screening tool felt very similar to the CASPer test, and so I believe it would serve as an excellent screening tool for medical admissions! One thing in particular I admired was delivering a video response! Some students may not be as skillful with typing quickly to express themselves, and sometimes the best way to express oneself is through direct interaction. The video responses really helped me feel myself and not limited to typing, and so I felt like I was talking to someone and could really answer in my own way through my own words, expressions, and feelings.
Overall this style of test would be fantastic for preparing students during the medical admission process, and I'd say it would be a great improvement for current methods used for assessing applicants.

Overall, the SortSmart test was a fabulous experience. It was very user friendly and easy to maneuver without much difficulty. Unfortunately, my test did stall during a timed portion which threw me off a bit; however, I am not sure if that was do to my internet or not. Without this small complication, I surely would give SortSmart 5/5 stars. I realize this may be a user complication; yet, complications like these always have a potential to occur when internet access is involved. Oth than that, a great experience.

It was a new method of evaluation that was really interesting, it was different since there was no one on the other side interviewing you but I found it very helpful as it made me aware of my interviewing skills

SortsSmart is a very interesting and innovative tool of the future. Very realistic and interactive! I had my reservations of an online platform like this when I read about it, however it had a great mix of reading, video and reaction type scenarios. Very nice!

A great combination of video, text and scenario questions that really simulated real interviews but also offered a large diversity of questions. The process was smooth and easy to navigate. Overall a wonderful experience.

The time restrictions make the video interviewing process resemble real life interviews where there is not an unlimited amount of time to think about the question and formulate your answer.

The software SortSmart uses is fairly easy to navigate and I did not have any issues with taking the video for the interview portion of the scholarship. I do wish it gave me a little more time to prepare my question before recording the video, but it turned out fine in the end, and I received the scholarship!

This was probably the most interesting interview I've ever had. The combination of written and recorded responses was excellent.

After completing the sample interview before my actual one, the real interview was super easy to navigate although I do wish we were given more time to read and prepare for the answer but I do understand that it is simulating a real life interview where you only get a couple seconds to think about your answer. I really liked the question types as they were not traditional interview questions but overall the software worked very well and I think it's an equivalent alternative to in person interviews.

Wonderful interview platform! I really enjoyed the video recorded responses. This helped create a more realistic interview environment as well as aid in the speed of answers. At times, typing one's answers can be challenging due to individual typing speeds and spelling mistakes

Great service!! Really simulates the interview experience and is great practice.

The practice test did help with a few of the test questions but not the majority.
It was difficult to type answers within the allotted time. However, it was much easier to deliver answers quickly through speech. At first, I found that speaking to a screen with no one on the other side was awkward but I became used to it after a couple of practice runs. Overall, I think with more time (add 1-2min) allotted for each question, the test would serve as a good reflection of each candidate.

It seemed like a trustworthy site and I would not mind using it for other platforms too.

I have a terrible internet connection at a maximum of 25 wbm but it never lagged or froze on me. I liked how there were options for video entries and text entries, but I do wish there was a more distinct reminded on whether it was either or.

I have done many different interviews for both jobs and scholarships, but this one was different from all of the other ones that I have done. The questions for my scholarship application were very unique and encouraged me to think about things I don't usually think about. It also varied between written and spoken responses, which was interesting to me. The last question on the application provided a little bit of a twist by asking me how I would respond to to a situation that was presented in the video. Overall, the interface of the application worked very well and I was pleased with how the interview went.
