Worst customer services ever. Was told product shipped on Nov 30 after placing the order 2 weeks prior, given tracking number as well. Sent atleast 10 emails, all generic answers. Tracking number became active Dec 16th. 17 days after I was told it was on route. Never again.

Ordered a sweater on black friday, never got the tracking info even though they claim that it was supposed to come to me 10 days after purchase. Paid 100 bucks for a sweater that was listed as 45 and has still not arrived in the estimated 2-3 week time they give. Considering I'm a Canadian shopper i would have thought it would take less time to ship than overseas but apparently not.
also I'm pretty sure they write their own positive reviews. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

I ordered a sweater on November 14. They claimed to have shipped it November 26, but it was in "pre transit" until December 12. So when it finally decided to be "in transit", it's been stuck in Miami for 4 days. Obviously I'm not getting this in time for Christmas, and here I was thinking I finished my shopping early!

Seems like a lot of people are having these issues. Clearly they can't supply their demand. Will comment again on the sweater quality, if it ever arrives.

Also beware, they delete negative reviews off their website! What a joke.

This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced mainly because there literally is NONE. I ordered two items with soscribby on Black Friday it is now the 16th of December and have heard not one thing back about my order except my receipt from PayPal. Not a tracking number, order number, nothing. I emailed them nearly a week ago to check up on my order and why I have heard nothing back this was never replied to, I then sent them a direct message on their Instagram over 4 days ago now and once again no reply. They’re too busy posting memes on their page then getting back to their customers. I’m this close to emailing PayPal for a refund. I will never order from this site again. I cannot comment on the quality of their products as I haven’t received them and am beginning to think I never will. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Don’t waste your time and money here. It’s just unacceptable especially at this time of year when most orders like mine are for a Christmas present. They don’t care about their customers so I’d go else where.

They created the Label to ship on Nov 23rd and it's Dec 15 and it's still not here -_-

Horrible customer service. Told it shipped on November 27th. Took a email threatening to call my bank and report a fraudulent charge to get them to actually take my item to the post office (on December 11th). Customer service responded to me with two emails, both the same word for word and they even forgot to change the name on the signature from the last email because they just copied and pasted what the previous person told
Me. Will NEVER think of using the company again, make sure you order with at least a 3 month gap in when you need it.

Once I realized this wasn’t going to get to Canada on time, I emailed the company requesting expedited shipping. I offered to pay more for shipping as long as the shirt got here on time.

I was told they would change the shipping to priority.

They never did. Now I’ve spent roughly 55 Canadian on a shirt that won’t make it on time.

Purchased November 23rd
Shipped ( Pre Transit ) December 7th

Still stuck in pre-transit as of December 13th.

Required the shirt by December 18th. Really a shame. Felt as if I was just told what I wanted to hear the entire time. I’m sure it’ll be a great quality shirt whenever it arrives. Maybe I can wear it for Christmas 2020.

If you like painfully slow customer service responses and never receiving your order this is the company to shop with! Ordered a sweater November 16th to make sure it was in time for Holiday Parties, still hasn’t arrived. They only provide a tracking number that states it’s in Pre Transit and never updates. If you want something you better order it two months before you need it. Can’t wait to see what’s it’s going to be like to try and get a refund.

It's been 4 weeks since I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants. Still hasn't arrived yet.

They tell you to "message them with in the hour if something is wrong" but will ignore you.

ordered hoodies, they arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. The hoodies are good quality and very soft. My son is 6'5" and the XL was the right fit in length.

Absolutely awful service. If you like it when clothes don’t even arrive then you’re using the right website.

Ordered on the 3rd of October and still do not have it on the 31st of October. I wouldn’t mind, however, I paid for express delivery which was around $12 and well it’s not very express at all

I’ve always been a huge fan of Soscribbly. They have the coolest styles in everyone is always complementing me on all of my rad stuff from Soscribbly. The shipping has always been easy and everything is user friendly.

Terrible customer service, and youll be lucky if you actually recieve your order. Stupid automated responses whenever you try to contact them. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Maria was very accommodating to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. Although there was an issue, they were very quick and responsive in try to remedy the situation. They went the extra mile to make sure that I got what I wanted!

we order the shorts on August 3 didn't receive them till today August 19. The shorts were not the right size and they look like swim short...terrible made.

I ordered a two hoodies to Finland and my order came in about 2 weeks which I consider to be fast since it's such a long way and customs are involved. The customer service was great and all my questions and messages were answered quickly. I was able to stay updated all the time and this was a huge plus since it's coming from such a long way. I am very pleased with my product and soscribbly overall.

It’s so soft. It’s so unique. It is quite possibly the best item i own. I am beyond thrilled. Since post malone is my favorite artist, I thought it was only fitting to have a punny shirt with him on it. The shipping time was shorter than i was told it would be and I have never been more thrilled with a product.
