Sossell is a new App

Sossell is a new App, they claim to offer ingredient lists on the meals of restaurants. it is impossible to see the list of restaurants until the subscription is pain for. They state that you can cancel the subscription on the website, under your account! This is untrue! I tried to cancel within ten minutes of subscribing, and the only way I found to attempt to cancel this subscription was using their snail mail USPS address, or an email. Below is the email I sent to Sossell, which is an App.

Sirs @ Sossell Company,

A few minutes ago I paid to subscribe to your Sossell website/App., you claim that you offer the ingredients list of restaurants. I assumed a MAJOR chain would be included in your information list? It is not possible to see the list of restaurants included without paying FIRST! Certainly ALL major Nationwide restaurant chains SHOULD be included, they are not!

I specifically wanted to look up the ingredients of a National Chain, The House of Pies. You do not offer any information for that company, so I will no longer need this app.

I am sorry I paid the $4.99 for the month. It has been less than 20 minutes, I would like a refund immediately!

I read that I would be able to cancel my subscription under my account/profile, this is a lie, there is nowhere to cancel my subscription, this is very deceptive! I intend to post this information on Trust Pilot, to prevent others from your deception. I only see the email address, and your physical address to contact you to UNSUBCRIBE.

Do NOT charge my credit card EVER again! Accept this email as my proof of cancelation!

Signed,

Tracy
