Great experience with my online order. All items as shown on the website. Lovely presentation. Delivery from Denmark took a little while but not too long.

The products were true to their images. Great quality, carefully and beautifully packaged and , importantly, eco friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this company with their attractive pricing and their ethics.

I hadn't heard of this company before, but thought I'd give it a go, as my daughter had spotted an advent calendar that she liked the look of. I went down a rabbit hole of Christmassyness, and ended up with wrapping paper, ribbons, little ceramic houses and metal pine cones, because it was all such a good price! The box arrived today, and everything looks lovely, so I'm glad I took the chance.

The speed of delivery,unique packing and cute items

I first came across this shop in Bergen in Norway. Fell in love with the products and atmosphere. Then slowly shops began to appear in UK. Now I have found them very close to home and love going in to browse and find very unique good value items

This company really surprised me with the excellent quality of the glass jar I bought. For the price it’s remarkable.

Received two lovely plant pots today, much nicer than I expected. They look to be vey good quality - I would have expected to pay much more elsewhere. Very pleased.

The website was so easy to navigate, the products are beautiful on screen and well described and illustrated. My parcel arrived well packaged and in kindness to the planet all packaging is cleverly recyclable. The products are simply beautiful and are things that I have never seen anywhere else, I needed serious self control when placing the order. It arrived and everything is wonderful and immediately found it's place in my home. I will be back for some Christmas shopping for family and friends.

Visited an high street store with my daughter who has to use a wheelchair. There was some difficulties navigating the store that has a large selection of goods displayed on the floor and low shelves causing some obstacles. She chose two glass lamps that we struggled to get to the cash desk where we were met with a, sullen, assistant. We assumed the lamps would be packaged for us but having paid we were told that the store followed Danish ways and this did not include any packaging. We were told we could purchase a paper carrier bag. Not ideal for glass lamps. The assistant just shrugged and told us it was not her problem and reiterated that it was the danish ways. My daughter really wanted the lamps and they were not available online. So we struggled out of the store, with the help of another customer. The inevitable happened, fairly quickly, as the handle on the bags broke and the lamps smashed. Advice to anyone planning to buy from this store; go very prepared, bubble wrap, tape boxes. Unfortunately this is, very much a do it yourself, store. Not very good for someone in a wheelchair with attendant disabilities. Choice of goods 10 customer service 0

How I love this site, always something new but not overpriced. I would like to thank the sisters for sharing their ideas including craft and recipes, as a pensioner I can try these for presents that are different and within my budget.

What I loved most about my purchase experience at Søstrene Grene was how effortlessly I found the perfect Christmas presents for my friends. The items I ordered are simply lovely – exactly the charming, thoughtful gifts I was hoping for.

The website made browsing and selecting items a pleasure, and everything arrived beautifully as expected. I was particularly impressed with the quality and aesthetic of the products, which truly capture that special Søstrene Grene charm.

That said, I did have a couple of minor surprises. The Christmas cards arrived without envelopes, which I hadn't anticipated – though it's not a huge issue, just something to be aware of when ordering. Additionally, I wish the carafe boxes were designed to be easily opened and resealed. It would be so helpful to peek inside to see which design is which, so I could match the right carafe to each friend without compromising the packaging.

Despite these small details, I'm thrilled with my purchases and would absolutely shop at Søstrene Grene again. The products are beautiful, and they've made my Christmas gift-giving feel extra special this year.

I just love the whole experience from ordering from a calm, minimalist but lovely site, (without flashing ads and too much to see and read, too much information clouding the senses) choosing the products,.... Than opening my package, with the surprise of a child at Xmas (because my memory is horrible, so I have a hard time remembering what I've ordered exactly, so I literally can surprise myself 🥰😅) and see the clean and cozy, incredibly yummy stuff I have ordered to again. Just love this site, because I can taste real food, and not just the plasticy sweeteners what for example the Asian products as full off (at least according to my self). 🥰Thank you sisters, for the lovely work you doing. ☺️😊
