Sostter has quietly become my go-to for discovering independent sustainable brands in the UK. The curation is genuinely brilliant — every brand feels considered rather than just ticking an eco box. Ordered twice now, both times arrived well-packaged and faster than expected. The product quality has been excellent and it’s the kind of site where you end up down a rabbit hole finding labels you’ve never heard of but immediately love. Highly recommend if you want to shop more consciously without sacrificing style.

My guinea pigs absolutely love this hay. Unfortunately for 2 weeks it's been sold out and frankly this is not acceptable! My guinea pigs are very upset using Oxbow. Every store is out of stock and so it's your website. Why?

Ordered a bag that never arrived - the phone number on the website doesn’t connect
Emailed 3 times and no answer
I found their sister company Brix&Bailey and emailed them who explained the website is new and there have been issues. They delivered the bag promptly.
I then returned the bag and again have radio silence from both companies. I sent my return tracked and it was confirmed as received over 3 weeks ago but still no refund.
These companies are likely a scam, if not they just have horrific customer service
