Bad customer service and forgotten items! Avoid at all costs! I received part of my order then contacted them and received assurances it was being looked into over 10 days ago now… no updates and ignoring my emails now. Bad customer service and basically stealing at this point by the looks of it they often do this.. trying to save some pennies hoping people will just let it go.. pathetic really! Disappointing from an Irish owned company.. there’s better out there look elsewhere!

10 days and haven’t been processed yet even and they emailed to say to allow for another 10 days

I had an issue with an order that went missing because of postman delivery to wrong address. But eventually sosume team sorted it which I appreciated because I buy quite a lot their products and I have always been happy.

Absolutely love SOSU cosmetics, bought them on website sosueme.ie wanted to try as I follow Sue Jackson on FB. Extremely fast delivery, great products, very affordable, I am very happy that I tried. Will definitely buy again. Just love it.

There is no contact details for Help, phone or email with purchasing on website when there is an issue or problem. Sale items are being advertised on website and Instagram but when you try add items to the cart nothing happens!? Why are products for sale if you can't purchase them. Ye are losing out.

Their delivery service is really poor. I’ve ordered a few times from the site hoping it might improve. However it takes forever. I ordered stuff a week ago from them and a few other companies. All my other delivery’s have arrived. I haven’t even got word my sosu has been shipped. Such a rip off to pay for delivery when it’s so bad

Customer service is appalling I purchased a lip gloss they gave me 10% off a new one online my original one it was faulty now there ignoring my emails
