Great concept to help transform a garden into a beautiful space. Very easy to navigate the website and great customer service. Delivery arrived within two separate dpd time slots. If I was to find any fault it would be that the delivery method isn’t great for those of that work and working from home is not an option as there are no weekend deliveries. That being said, we are very happy with our order and the plants arrived in perfect condition.

The ordering process was simple and the plants arrived carefully packaged in recyclable materials. I ordered a plant border and it was so helpful to have the planting products recommended at the same time. All the plants were healthy and of the size expected. The border is now planted and I’m excited to see it flourish.

Plant arrived in excellent condition and really well packed. DPD delivered a day late (I was notified) and was nothing to do with Soto Gardens - DPD need to do better as box clearly said must be delivered same day! I have had a lot of plants delivered and this was is the best yet as far as packaging and plant condition goes - bigger than I expected too so very happy.

We bought the 7M border comprising 30 plants, which arrived after 10 or 11 days to PE28.

It started badly when I had to unload the delivery truck myself as the driver was incredibly short (not his fault) but refused ot use the pallet mover to take the pallet off.......

It was clear when planting that most of the plants had recently been replanted into larger pots.
There were no long roots present like normal when you takea plant out of a pot and the loose soil just fell off. I think to justify selling in 7.5 ltr pots, but clearly smaller plants.

I found the next day at our Notcutts a Hydrangea Annabelle twice the size at half the price and the Taxus at 2/3 the price.

Overall, not good value.

Clear communication during ordering process with easy online ordering, although the order had to be followed up to get delivery date. Plants arrived in good condition, very well packaged. Clear instructions on ground preparation and planting. One small issue was that the planting guide used Latin names only for the plants so some initial confusion against common names on order list and the plan needed a front / back orientation. All now planted and looking forward to see how our border turns out.

We had a narrow border in need of planting and were looking for evergreen plants. We found Soto and it provided all we needed with plenty of choices eg. shade, partial shade or sun options; as well as being able to add additional plants. Plants arrived on time and packaged well and in good condition. I planted on the same day with the guidance of their planting guide and the border looks great - can't wait to see it once the plants start to become a little more established. I can recommend Soto and would 100% use again.
