Ordered pants, but they sent me completely another size. Tried to return it - store got my return (I see the status of return package as Delivered), but does not update the status on site and does not refund the money for 2 weeks already.
No one answers emails, only one from three email noted on site actually exist, two others are invalid.
SO, at the end of this story I stayed without pants and without money, and wasted 2 week trying to get any reply from shop - but no luck

That’s nightmare to deal with this store.
My return pack is on the post office 2 month.
Three times writing and asking to stores stuff please pick my return up from the post.No will not do it.
Why?! No answer. I’m writing from outside of Germany and for them walk 100 m to post is a big problem.

My first experience and... So far so good !!!
I live in Valencia-Spain. Just received my sneakers today 20/11 that I bought on the 14/11. So a total of 6 days minus 2 for the weekend is a pretty good delivery time, for a product coming from Berlin.
Also the confirmation email came right after the purchase was made and a link to track my order, less than 24h after that.

Maybe I have just been very lucky, but still...
I really don´t understand all the bad reviews !!!

Terrible experience with Soto Store. This is the first time I ordered from this store. I bought 2 items which they just posted the day before on their Instagram account.
Two days after I receive an order confirmation on 1 item, and another email with an automatic order cancellation on the other item? I answered them immediately on the email but with no reply.
I called them the day after, they explained that they did not have the item in stock. I asked why they posted it on their Instagram 2 days ago, and it’s also available on their website, but it was the same reply I got.
Furthermore they charged me the full amount for both items which I did not receive. I had to call them twice and finally after two weeks I got my refund. I cannot recommend this store to anyone.

What an amazing shop!

I made a purchase on 08.10.23 with shipping to Poland. To my delight, the parcel arrived on 10.10.23, and the best part was that the shipping cost was 0.00 EURO. I'm not sure if this is a special offer for new users or applies to all EU countries, but I'm extremely satisfied and look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

the worst experience EVER! they are not worth even 1 star.
my order was shipped only 2 weeks after the payment. they were unable to print shipping sticker for 2 weeks.

Ordered a chainguard from snoto, it is a good idea but it's made from cheap plastic and it broke and was lost a few months after purchasing it,
the plastic is cheap and it obviously hardens and breaks at its weakest point,
not worth the money obviously, customer service response from snot-Aleander was very ignorant,
don't waste your money on this gimmick.

I had to pay an extra 103 euros to get my package delivered.

So because of trustpilot I was a little bit scared to order from SOTO, but I contacted them personally and ask everything about the product, shipping and availability. Got fast response and even a voucher for 15% off. So I was really happy and ordered and everything came in less than a week! Overall good experience!

serious. Then i wanted the flip flops but they where already sold again.

Bunch of amateurs, ordered shoes last week, no update, no emails, no answers. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

A message to Hannah. After repeated emails regarding a missing part to our copper-infused deep- sided pan kit I have not received missing steamer legs as requested but just automated emails promising reply within days. I also made a phone call to the company and was informed that my message would be passed to Customer Service immediately. To date no I have had no response. This service is unacceptable. Costs money to return the item and now it is past the date of return. All I want is my missing part to enable me to use it. A personal response would be helpful. I await with bated breath.

I don't really get all the bad ratings. I could not have asked for a better experience. Ordered a Jacket on sale (amazing price) monday and I've already received it two days after. I will definitely buy from Soto Store again.

A hot mess. I ordered twice from SOTO and I had a problem with the order on both occasions.

I ordered a pair of jeans, which I have been waiting to be delivered for weeks. I just contacted their CS and found out that they have never shipped the product as it was out of stock. They never informed me of this and my refund has not been processed for 2 weeks.

Also, they do not offer free returns so in case you end up buying the wrong size you need to return on your own expense to Sweden.

Strongly advise to save yourself the hassle and avoid SOTO.

No problem. I´ve ordered from here and i can´t be more happy. Delivery to Slovakia took less than week and product is in perfect condition. Also very friendly prices :)
