Havent replied to 3 requests asking for refund on powerjet that simply does not deliver what is promised. Buy from this company at your peril as despite claimed guarantee of refund you won't get it.

I bought a compression sock kit that fit me very well and is helping with the sharp pains and swelling I had in my legs.

They SAY you can return any product you may be dissatisfied with...but guess what? No way to return it...no phone number ..no replies to emails...no way to return ot...so too bad- you are stuck with a lousy product that doesn't even come close to what they promise on line. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

When I had a question, I was quickly connected to someone for an answer. Pleasant customer service and clear instructions for shipping and receiving goods and knowing what to expect.

Easy-to-use website with great prices. I had to use the customer service line once and it was a good experience. However, the delivery team was somewhat uncommunicative.

I cancelled the order the same day I submitted the order on July 31, 2024. Never hear back from them. They appeared on my PayPal as NOTICE INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE CONFECCOES EIRELI. There is no customer service telephone number. No address.
No history of Sotrends on their internet site. This site is a scam. Stay away. You'll never get your money back!

I bought a head that they say will last for years it lasted 30 minutes ive told them ignored me

Following on from my last review about this company. I sent them an email to their Support email address, pretending I was interested in making a very large order (several thousand £). They replied the following day!!!
However, despite requesting a refund for my UltaCut attachments (doesn't fit my trimmer), totalling £98.92, they have ignored my emails and online contact submissions via their website. I WOULD URGE ANYONE WHO IS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT CITIZENS ADVICE / TRADING STANDARDS, SO THEY CAN BE LOOKED INTO AND INVESTIGATED. Don't just let them ignore your requests and keep your hard earned money!

This Company is an absolute scam. Ordered a power hose and followed tracking until it said in transit. Got a notification saying delivered at 12.14 on 24th July but it was never delivered. The price was not listed as US$ so got a shock to see how much was stolen from my account. Checked the delivery details with NZ post and they confirmed it was a scam. Don't go near them.Thieving scammers. And, give it a zero star!!!!

Got caught out on exactly the same Ultra-cut trimmer complaint as JD. Not as advertised and charged in US$ without being informed. Returned item within 7 days; no response to numerous emails asking for a refund, no phone number available and no corporate address. C/C might refund. Should have known better as advertising looked very dubious. Always check some consumer reviews for a new company. A good idea to check out if it is possible to contact a company first; big red flag if not. Should have a zero star for review experience.

Update: Credit card recognised the fake 'refund' scam and I was pleased to be refunded by C/C, other than item return mail cost. No thanks to SoTrends who ignored all my numerous emails. MJ's comment below on how to get a reply tells it all. All the 5* positive reviews stand out a mile as untrustworthy; nobody spends time writing like that.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a Speed camera detector, namely the detector X Pro, on 8/05/24 with the promise of a refund in the event of being either dissatisfied with the product or if it malfunctioned.
I received the product on15/05/24 and tried using it the same day. It simply DID NOT WORK!
I notified So Trends of this who eventually responded and asked for a video of the product ‘Not working’!
I duly sent a video as requested which showed no activity whatsoever as I approached several speed cameras. I requested a refund and asked how they would like it returned.
No response and now many emails later still no reply.
After sales service is absolutely rubbish. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought an ultra-cut strimmer from this company some considerable time ago. Despite numerous efforts to fit it to my existing strimmer and watching a video Sotrends sent me, it would not fit. I have corresponded with them on no fewer than 10 occasions asking for return information but they have failed to reply. I would have given them a no star rating but cannot do so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTE GOOD MONEY DEALING WITH THEM. There is no customer service

Ordered a pressure washer attachment for my garden hose. Cost £50. Shocked when it arrived. About 10 inches in length, plastic fittings attached to a very thin metal rod. Very different to what was described on their website. Asked for a refund within a day of getting the item and can return the item, although from China I notice! No response. Dont use this company, they are fakes and dishonest.
