If You Value Your Sanity Stay Well Clear Of This Company!

Received 3 boxes of SPC floor tiles. Four damaged tiles from all three boxes. Reported damage, with images, via Whatsapp platform on delivery day.21/09/26, received email requesting images of damaged tiles. I replied that I'd already sent them but sent further images.Received further email asking for images of damaged tiles!!23/09/26I asked for progress report on damaged tiles issue. 25/09/26 received email apologising for delay in responding and offered replacement or refund. I chose replacements. Received replacement tiles. Every singel tile was damaged. Sent images back to Sotto.co.uk. Again apologies and offer of relacements. Received replacements and guess what? four tiles damaged. Each box I received showed that the boxes had sustained very bad drop damage. Each box appear to have been dropped on it's corner. either by DPD couriers or Sotto's own internal dispatch staff. I will never use this company again and I will strongly advise anyone that I come into contact with to avoid Soto.co.uk
