At Belfast International Airport. Coffee was totally tasteless, so bad I asked for an exchange - just as bad - then a refund. My daughter’s Matcha was very strong with undissolved powder. Truly awful.

Dreadful
Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. One member of staff was so rude, taking orders wrongly, charging the wrong prices and eventually throwing the wrong order on the counter. The ham and cheese toastie looked like a child had made it, so amateur! I will never go to a Soul and Grain again if their staff are so trained!

Rude staff
I would not award Soul and Grain at Budapest airport any stars. The member of staff serving us was incredibly rude. Slammed down the food which was overpriced and the sandwiches were not even cut in 2. Initially put through my order at the wrong price and then asked for more money without explaining why when it was clearly her fault. Definitely avoid using this cafe; disappointing end to an otherwise fantastic holiday.

travelling through Budapest Airport terrible experience
travelling through Budapest Airport, when we went to their store for lunch, staff were unhelpful and did not care about customers. when asked for missing items they just grunted and basicallly threw items on counter, very unpleasant experience, went there 8th October around lunch time
