zwei Bohokissen in weiss für stolze…

zwei Bohokissen in weiss für stolze 80EUR gekauft. Die Qualität entspricht definitiv dem Preis nicht. Für die Rücksendung müsste ich 7 EUR bezahlen, da die Rücksendekosten nicht übernommen werden. Als Antwort habe ich eine richtig freche Antwort erhalten, dass man ein Kissen bestimmt für weniger als 7 EUR versenden kann (es waren 2). Über Geschmäcke kann man nicht streiten, über die Preise bei der DHL leider auch nicht Soulbirdeeteam. Die Rücksendung habe ich in dem ursprünglichen Paket zurück gesendet. Somit finde ich die Antwort richtig frech. Zu diesen überteuerten Preisen werde ich definitiv nie wieder was kaufen. Deutlich schlimmer finde ich die Frechheit die Antwort an mich als Kundin so zu formulieren.
