First time wig order!
I have never ordered or worn a wig before but due to excessive hair loss, I felt the need to explore options for an upcoming family wedding. I was confused as to what color or type and a bit unsure of my sizing measurements so I ordered multiple things. Anna called me to make sure that my order was actually what I wanted and spent a lot of time walking me through the process and answering my questions. She also expedited the shipping and the wigs both arrived on time for the wedding, which was a huge relief. The wig felt and looked very natural and I received many compliments in my hair. Anna’s unsolicited help was so appreciated and the wig was a success! Great customer service and I will be ordering again.

Straight hair and Water wave hair
I ordered straight hair in April and Water wave hair in August for braiding from Soul Lady. Hair is lovely - soft and the perfect shade of standard salt and pepper. Just be aware the maximum length to have it colored grey is 18” and the website doesn’t warn you. Doublecheck your order - it takes awhile to get it and sometimes the warehouse doesn’t get it right the first time or its out of stock but website doesn’t indicate that. The employees who work the text customer service are great to work with!

I ordered the same wig I've ordered…
Sould Lady responded on Trustpilot to pretend like they were going to help. They asked me to send pics and I did. I have not heard anything further. The best thing to do is to own the error that occured in your company and replace the wig. As I stated, I was willing to return the defective wig. This is truly a shame because right is right and wrong is wrong. Clearly, I bought several of the same wig over time. Bad business Soul Lady. I will not stop until you recognize and fix this error made by your company.
I ordered the same wig I've ordered (which are not chearp) about 5 times. The last wig I received is cut differently. Someone tried to cut layers in the back which is why it is shorter that the others of the same wig I purchased each time. I have pictures that show the difference in what I have ordered many times versus what I received this time with layers cut in it. Someone on Soul Lady's end messed this wig up and I reported it. The response I received was I am measuring it incorrectly. Clearly, the wig I've ordered many times does not have any layers in the back. The wig I received does. The quality control check failed me as a customer and I can't use the wig because it looks stupid. It's higher in the back which is a style I don't wear. I'm out of money and am very frustrated, as I've given all of my wig business to Soul Lady. I am willing to return their damaged wig, but I have not heard anything back about that. I've trying to figure out how I can reuse my old wig in the meantime.
How can I submit the pics and video showing it was cut in the back which is why I initially reached out to communicate this problem. You guys told me I was measuring it wrong when clearly, it’s shorter because of the back. The order number is ORDER #SL37954. I first reached out on September 18, 2025 by email.

Medical Wig
My wig is the right color and very soft. I will have to get it cut, too long for me. I wish it had more curl. I have a medical wig that is curly so all I do is wash and wear. I am elderly so I cannot manage a curling iron. Hopefully I can find a wig stylist to help me with my dilemmas.
