Very unhappy with this company

NEVER EVER touch this company, I ordered a pair of £129 Air trainers for my grandson for Christmas who was visiting, they arrived to late therefore I took him the buy another pair while he was with us. The trainers then arrived... far too late and were fake!, I sent them back at once having paid £20 (with tracking,) I tracked the item and found that they were in China customs for 1 month, I emailed soul strikes with no response. I then had to take this up as dispute with PayPal who I must say have now refunded my money . This has been an absolute nightmare.
They are complete scammers. STAY AWAY !

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. Shambles of a company ripping people off. Fake goods. If I wanted fakes can buy em for £35 all day long!! PayPal dont help either as they just tell you to return the item and your own expense and have to wait 6 weeks for a refund. Company insist they are real as wouldnt pass customs!! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard!! Didnt even bother sending them back. £75 down the drain. My own fault for being a cheap skate!! You've been warned

Firstly I wouldn’t even give it one…

Firstly I wouldn’t even give it one star but had to to write my review. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes and instantly regretted it after reading these reviews so emailed them asking for them to cancel the order and give me a refund. They refused to cancel or refund straight away as they said they had been shipped I thought that was quite quick considering the time I ordered to the time I wished to cancel. So emails back and forth and they was very unprofessional and unhelpful in their response. So I waited and waited finally the shoes arrived and my fears were confirmed, the stitching was rubbish the glue was naked to the eye, the box they was sent in was just big enough to fit the shoe in, it was damaged also. So I raise my concern with PayPal, it’s took a full week to get a resolution after me finally getting through to someone, this also isn’t an easy process and very stressful. I then get told I’m entitled to a refund only if I ship the shoes back! So I have to send some shoes back that inevitably will end up being sent to another consumer. I am not hopeful of a refund as I’m predicting the seller will deny receiving my item ( I will be tracking the parcel) and would advise at all costs to avoid this site. 129.95 for fake goods!

Am I the lucky 1🤔😂

Where to start..... I ordered some nike vapourmax whilst under the influence... a few days later I thought who the fook r soulstrike I'd never heard of them... googled them n they had a full on 100% bad review so I felt I'd made a huge mistake... it was too late to cancel so I thought the worst case scenario I'd send em back n let PayPal sort it out... 2 weeks after ordering they arrived n I've gotta say they're ace n if these are fake then hats off to the people who made em cuz I'm well impressed n £40 cheaper than uk prices👍👌

I ordered what I thought were genuine…

I ordered what I thought were genuine Nike trainers on 6th Dec 2019, at which point could find no reviews. I have now received them, way over the 21 days I was advised and they are completely fake.
Checked all stitching, positioning of logos and glue beading etc. Shoddy is all I can say. Paid UK shop price too - gutted!

So Christmas is ruined

So Christmas is ruined, was told the trainers for my son would be delivered by 23rd Dec, tracking says they are still in China where they have been for 2 weeks. I am so upset and angry. Now I read someone received fakes! I emailed last week and was told “your order is scheduled between 13th and 23rd” this was on the 19th. Shame on this company, just ripping people off and promising delivery dates that are not true! ..... and if they turn out to be fakes.... 😡😡😡 Avoid this company completely!

Fakes!!!

I have received a pair of trainers today 23rd December 2019, after ordering them in November. Unfortunately it appears I have been sent fakes, they have significant differences to the same trainers sold by a high street retailer. I bought another pair as these are a Christmas gift, after waiting over a month I did not think they would arrive at all!! The look, the feel, the weight and the branding are all different to the ones I purchased on the high street.
Stay well away from this company!!!

A load of crap

I honestly recommend this site... but only to the people who are willing to wait over 5 weeks to receive their purchase!
This site is the largest lump of crap you could ever use because little did i know that the products all come from china!
And if you didn't know, the chinese mail system is slower than a snail stuck in traffic. This whole system is ran by braindead melts and i cant wait to get my refund👍
P.S. I feel sorry for anyone who regularly orders from asia because they are all useless! You could order from Saturn and get it quicker👌

Under no circumstances order from this…

Under no circumstances order from this website. They send fake knock off products and charge top money for them. You have to pay yourself to return items and when you do they simply ignore your emails and do not refund money. Total scam website. Beware!
