TERRIBLE Customer Service

I had the same problem as the previous review. I ordered 1 small ADULT tee and 1 ADULT size 3X and I got 2 children's size small. Absolutely worthless to me! They won't exchange or accept a return because they say they are personalized. The only thing that is personalized is the month and the "granddaughter" which can apply to anyone. It did not have names or anything pertaining specifically to me. They sent an order confirmation which, I admit, I just glanced at that said 2 small children's. but I didnot expect that they had changed my order before sending the confirmation!!! Terrible customer service all around!!!!

Don’t buy from Soulteelife

Don’t buy from Soulteelife! I ordered 3 shirts in an XL and they sent me 3 smalls and now refuse to exchange them. The customer service lady, Gemma says the shirts are made to order and that they can’t exchange or refund! I’m very upset as the total for the order was $80.17!!!! They don’t get any stars!!!
