Absolutely waste of time!!! I ordered ear buds 2nd Oct.. took money but still haven't had them. I have emailed them a number of times asking for a refund but no response..I wouldn't bother with this company!!!

I order some earbuds on the 21st of August and my package still hasn’t left the “origin country”. I have requested a refund multiple times and have had no response to my emails. Biggest waste of my time and money.

I received the ear pods and they are faulty. The reviews on the website where brilliant but I am guessing they pick and choose to be honest. The ear pods so not work and I have contacted them everyday for 4 days with no reply and this goes for face book and instgram. Avoid at all costs

Worst company ever! Sent out faulty product that does not hold charge. Told because they are a sale item I cannot return them. The company then reluctantly agreed I could return them as a one off but I would have to pay for postage and they would either refund or exchange. Returned to them and still no refund!

STILL AWAITING EMAIL REPLY & CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Money been taken from my account 5 days ago, with no confirmation email of my purchase from their side.

Bought EarPods as a gift for somebody & now I’m money short as I’m certain they aren’t going to come. Originally emailed as I misspelt my postcode (just moved & put my old postcode in but current address), so was already worried about my delivery. Emailed on numerous occasions, Facebook & Instagram messages have been sent & still not heard anything. So disappointed.

If somebody from sound wire is reading this please take the time to reply to customers emails as I’ve just read some more reviews who are saying the same as me.

Hope my issue can be dealt with properly & then I can leave a positive review.

Disgusting service - haven’t received my order after a month since purchase. Try to make contact and nobody answers their emails. Absolutely disgusted

Requested a refund. They connect to Bluetooth for about 2 seconds and then disconnect. Emailed and requested a refund but not heard anything. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Got them after a week, sound is good. Looks just like the real ones but these are way better priced. It has a lot of handy things such as one tap pauses the song. Great if you want to see if the real ones are worth it.

Sound quality = pretty good
Fit in ear = best fit in my ear
Price = Extremely valueable
Colour = matte black is best

The only downside is that they take a while to come but that was due to covid.
