I went to Sound Advice because I was unhappy with the performance of my existing hearing aids and the support I was receiving from the shop I bought them from.

Tracy welcomed me initially and arranged a new hearing test with audiologist Jessica who reset my aids having found shortcomings with the original settings.

Result? It's like having a new set of hearing aids... I can hear so much more... And now I am reassured that I can get the support I need - long and short term - whenever I need it...

I have accompanied a very elderly neighbour to her appointments and have been very impressed with the level of care and after care. My neighbour had previously tried another company for hearing aids which had not been successful, so was relieved to find something that worked for her. The aftercare has been exceptional to the point of one staff member visiting my neighbour's house to return a hearing aid which had been adjusted. Highly recommend.

I have just returned from my regular visit to Lee Trangmar at Southport. He has been my audiologist for over 20 years. Charming, professional and very knowledgeable. He has always discussed my needs and advised on the best aides and accessories for me only recommending updates when they are really needed. He assisted me in making an insurance claim when I lost my aides and later in claiming the lower rate of attendance allowance. A lovely man that I trust and rely on.

I have recently been fitted with hearing aids at the Horncastle branch. The service delivered by audiologist Simon was first class with advice and information delivered in a professional but friendly manner. The technology is impressive and the new aids have made a huge improvement to my day to day life.

This was my first experience of getting hearing aids so I wasn't sure what to expect. In fact Derek provided a thoroughly professional and personalised service over several sessions to ensure I was fitted with the right aids for me. Obviously I haven't experienced the promised follow up and after sale service yet but I have every confidence it will be as good as what I have received so far.

Ive been with Sound Advice for several years - They are always very helpful, update my hearing aids etc.

The customer service is as good as we have experienced in a long time. The staff were considerate and knowledgeable. They were very patient and understood the requirements.
The fact that it is on a high street location means they are accessible without trying to call a helpline or website.
Therefore they must be highly recomended.

I have previously written a Google review of the excellent microsuction service Lee Trangmar offers at Southport Hearing Centre for ear wax removal.

Today, I attended for a free-of-charge hearing test. Lee uses very modern equipment and goes through the computerised results with you thoroughly. The process takes just a few minutes. Lee is a lovely man, and the whole process is very straightforward. What I particularly like is the complete absence of a “hard sell” approach: he explained very clearly that, for the moment, my hearing is good enough at the various ranges of sound for any kind of hearing aid not to be justified. That gives you confidence that, as and when he tells you that there is a problem that can be fixed, you can absolutely trust him.

As before, I thoroughly recommend Lee’s services.

The Company is doing no more then it should but it stands out because many companies fail to do so and so fall short in any comparison with Sound Advice Hearing. The person I saw was professional and capable a well as being courteous.
