Item was exactly as described, in mint condition. In correct packaging. Functions exactly as expected. Staff were helpful and made sure I remained in the loop regarding delivery progress. Ordered one day [a week day], and delivered the next day [also a week day]. Independent business in Ormskirk, generally good prices, and occasionally 'harder-to-get' items can be found.

Good packaging
Very happy with my purchase. Goods arrived very quickly and I was delighted with how well the goods were packaged. For example the packager removed the little white plastic knob from the pick up selector switch and had packaged it seperately in the guitar case! This was over and above and I will hope to buy from them again!

A simple order turned sour.
This customer purchased a guitar we shipped out the same day via DHL next day.
Sadly DHL did not deliver next day.
The customer decided against the order and contacted DHL. Due to some confusion the shipment then went on hold and we arrange for it to be returned to sender.
When the guitar arrived back in our store the customer was fully refunded within 2 hours.
Throughout the process the customer called our store a lot and was abusive and argumentative.
Our staff should not and will not put up with this.
We have asked the customer not to shop with us again.
