I got the Wave Pro
I got the Wave Pro, because my headset was deforming my head... I edit videos but more importantly audio, thats where I was getting beats and music, voices wrong. So I upgraded my head set for the Wave Pro (almost the same price as my headset) and really surprised me the quality of sound. I play Escape From Tarkov too, and in this game audio is critical. And really helped me to improve my game too! Ethan also helped to locate my order when I was confused where it was. Thanks for that.

Awesome customer service
Awesome customer service! I placed my order and while the product shipped, I had some questions. Ethan and David have been great
, answering every question I’ve had in a timely manner. I finally had my order ship and there was some issues with shipping but they have been there to help every step of the way. I haven’t even received my product yet and I am already impressed at how good their customer service is, makes me really look forward to getting my hands on my wave pros! Great sounding and amazing service
Wanted to compliment the customer service from Soundbrenner. I had some issues w my Wave Pro IEM. The cs team was quick to respond to my issue and gave some great suggestions in getting the most from my IEM. I use these for worship guitar going through my Fractal FM9. They sound fantastic for the price point and a product I’d recommend.

Wave Pro in-ear monitors
Having previously tried out various custom-made earplugs, I noticed that they never fully met my expectations. Often, the sound was filtered too strongly or distortion occurred, which significantly affected the musical experience. However, since using the Soundbrenner Wave Pro in-ear monitors, I am extremely satisfied. The attenuation of 36 decibels is ideal for me, and most importantly: the sound of my bagpipes remains true to nature and unchanged. I purchased the wave pro series for the IEM’s that I use with my live band in our church. These are by far the best in years that I’ve ever owned! The quality in sound separation, and especially in the low ends where you can almost feel the Bass coming through, is priceless! I would recommend these to anyone who is serious about music, they are definitely worth the investment!

I have both the Wave and Wave Pro. The Pro has better low end response but both are great IEMs. No worries. They both come with a choice of ear pad sizes and the Pro gives you a choice of materials for your personal preference. Nice. 👍

Wave Pro is the TRUTH
As a former musician turned surgeon, I’ve remained an audiophile and perfectionist. Over the years I’ve gone through many triple-driver headphones with mixed results. When I heard about Soundbrenner’s quad driver monitors, I knew I had to give them a try. And let me tell you, they are the TRUTH. The sound separation is nothing short of phenomenal. When you put them in (perfect fit, by the way) and close your eyes, you can literally visualize each musician on the stage. The Wave Pro allows you to experience music the way the artist and producer intended. Hands down the best in-ear musical experience I’ve ever had.

Pretty Trash
The IEMs them selfs sound alright but the customer service the pretty trash. It took about a month for them to show up and the only time I got an update was when I pestered them. And the 1/4 adapter they sent was messed up from the factory and they said well we can refund you 15 bucks and you can get one locally witch I thought was pretty lazy. The IEMs look good sound good but horrible customer service and they always are running a "sale" so your tricked into thinking your getting a deal but as soon as one "sale" ends they start a new one. Don't be tricked like me and get something different! Overall I wouldn't recommend Soundbrenner as a Musician.

Unfortunately, my order was lost in transit by the courier, but the customer service by David was excellent, and helped me to get a replacement as soon as I raised the issue with him.
The product was really good, when it finally came in, and it came with different tips, accessories and a nice carry case.

Just got ‘em yesterday but gotta say…
Just got ‘em yesterday but gotta say they are very, Very, VERY good. Crisp sound that delivers outstanding separation of instruments and somehow enhances the stereo-ness of available audio. They’ve spoiled me now, of every-other listening devices I own. Phenomenal clarity at the price-point, especially for the early birds who hat nab these things.
Just to nitpick: they are very crisp, perhaps just a tad hot on the highs for casual listening; other than the afore-mentioned clarity and separation these things provide.
They are not bass monsters, rather perfect live-sitch monitors on a noisy stage. I’ve only tried the big silicone ear pads. The short, included booklet describes the foam ear prices may block more of the ambient noise. Anxious to try those at the next rehearsal. Throw up a room-mic some where and patch into these things…OH! Getting excited…with my first In-Ear experience. Me thinks it a great and fortune choice.
Wow! Listening to some old live faves and can hear the separate instruments so well. Even listen to some iPhone recordings on my band at live venues…clarity is amazing.

I am a drummer and I really appreciate the sound isolation and hearing protection I get. I also noticed the volume I listen to my music is much lower while still being able to hear the drums loud enough. I also had a pair that broke unexpectedly and they were nice enough to replace them without any hesitation. I really appreciate how well the headphones work and they’re customer service

Wave monitors arrived yesterday
Wave monitors arrived yesterday. Assembly was a little fussy, but so what?
As a Grado fan, I doubted that these would be tolerable, but they are. Listening through Schiit Magni and Modius. I'm a recovering audiophile with senior hearing and tinnitus, so I didn't expect these to astonish, and they don't, but they deliver the music. The high end is very crisp and detailed, which suits me fine, but some will want a different balance. The sound demands your attention--it does not drift into background. These will replace mid-range Audio Technica IEMs.
