I have mixed feelings about this product. The IEM themselves are truly excellent. Absolute noise cancellation and reasonably comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I’d highly recommend them for that reason. However, in my opinion they are significantly let down by the braided cable. For one, the original is far too short. You end up nearly throttling yourself if your amp is further than a foot away. Indeed, they offer a longer version, and this does make a difference. But the second issue, and probably the worst, is that the lead tangles really easily and then is annoyingly tedious to untangle. I appreciate that braided cable is probably more resilient but I find it very irksome. But I am a grumpy old guitarist so maybe it’s a first world problem. The sales rep I spoke to was very helpful when there was a supply issue and it was resolved quickly without fuss. The lead notwithstanding, I’d buy these again.

We love music, and time. This is a great evolution in zen. Time and pulse is beyond a cool idea it’s here my reality. Be good to it. Soundbrenner is high and good quality, and people here are cool. Let’s look after all of us this way…
One day we would love an indestructible time piece from Soundbrenner. One that breaks time, but importantly not the Soundbrenner time piece…Thank you Ethan and Florian.
One Love.

I’ve tried a lot of in ears and never been a big fan. I’m more old school but after trying soundbrenner I am going to give them a shot. The fit and sound are really really good. When you open the box you can see the quality and professionalism that went into these! Thanks Soundbrenner!!!!!

Just received mine and used only once but I can tell they're great. As a worship leader , I like quality sound and Soundbrenner delivers. I'd recommend!

I own 64 Audio custom 6Ts, so I wasn’t expecting a universal IEM in the $300‑ish range to compete, but the Wave Pro IEMs genuinely do. In some situations, especially when I’m singing, I actually prefer them. The sound is incredibly clear, balanced, and detailed in a way that feels natural and precise.
They also include a generous selection of ear tips. Finding the right fit makes a noticeable difference in comfort and bass response, so it’s worth taking a moment to dial that in.
I’ve already been recommending these to all my musician/vocalist friends. They outperform the Shure 215s by a mile, and at the sale price they’re only about $100 more - absolutely worth it for the jump in quality.
My order was backordered, but the customer service team kept me updated the entire time, which made the wait easy. From start to finish, the whole experience has been excellent.
The Wave Pro IEMs are simply incredible. I’m genuinely impressed.

Prompt Courteous and Professional along with a great product and competitive price. The wave pro gives absolute clear undistorted sound that allows me to focus on my performance as a bass player in classic rock band. Go get yourself a pair and you'll see what I'm talking about.

These are my first set of IEM's. I'm very pleased with them. They are worth paying $349 for them. I have been enjoying a variety of genres of music using them. I plan to stay updated with new products coming from Soundbrenner. I hope this review advises you well on your next purchase.
Also Soundbrenner have excellent customer service. So any issues you may have will be dealt with professionally and with respect.

I had several issues that I needed assistants with and Ethan was a tremendous help answering my questions and gave me some helpful suggestions on how to get the most out of their IEM that made my listing experience even better. I definitely recommend the Soundbrenner Wave IEM a solid product that works great for not only musical applications but also for gaming. They give you several ear tips to chose from and I'm probably going to purchase their mic boom for voice chat. Thanks again Ethen for the thumbs up support! Best regard.

UNMATCHED, AMAZING, CLEAR, BALANCED sound quality!!! I can't get over it!!! I'm telling everyone!!!
SUPER LIGHT cable and AMAZING FIT with an additional little tab to help keep the bud in your ear. The tab may also divert sweat. The cable is light like a string on a hoodie.
I've been using mine as a drummer and guitarist. I sweat and put my equipment through hell. I am going to beat the hell out of this thing and will get back to update if there's an issue. If you don't see anything, buy these!!!
I've used Shure 215s that sound great but the small tube got easily built up with ear wax. SOUNDBRENNER bus have a metal screen over a bigger tube to help with maintenance.
I've used the Yamaha brand that cost almost $400 and have had nothing but constant cable issues. Nothing worse than having your IEM cut on and off while you try to sing. Absolute junk! SOUNDBRENNER has an updated cable 2 pin connection that snaps in and seals the wiring. This offers sweat protection and solid connection to the input cable.
Another thing... The order process was EASY AND FAST. Easy to track my order with follow up emails. The packaging is solid, efficient and intuitive for assembly. It made the excitement of my purchase even better.
Again... THESE SOUND SOOOO GOOD!!
🤟😎

Do the past 6 years I been using over the ear headsets for gaming. Been using the steel series nova pros and been looking for something that won’t hurt the ears over prolonged use. I been seeing ads for these IEMs and was very skeptical. Never heard of the company or anyone that use them. After about a week of going back and fourth on getting them or not, I pulled the trigger and bought them. The IEMs areso much better on the ears and can where them all day if wanted/needed. As for the sound quality they blow any headset I’ve ever had before out of the water. I can hear everything so crisp and clean. These headsets feel like it’s almost cheating at the game hearing everything so clear. Customer service is awesome and I bought it on a Sunday and I got them on a Wednesday.
Highly recommend these to anybody looking to make the switch to IEM’s or just want to overall better experience with sound.

I first purchased the wave IEM from soundbrenner by recommendation of a friend due to the price range of the product. And if I'm completely honest, I would have GLADLY paid more for what I received. I was blown away by the sound quality of the IEMs. Plus the braided cord just feels sturdy and robust allowing you to confidently use the product in the live setting it was designed for. I can't wait for my core 2 steel to arrive as it is on its way at the time of this review.

Awesome ear monitor devices and very affordable and dependable

I have bought wave in ear monitors first from SoundBrenner and was astounded at the quality of these earphones. I use them during collaboration on FarPlay with musicians all over the US and the latency is minimal! After a few months in I decided to purchase the Flow microphone as I do not want to have the use any other audio contraptions. What a pleasure, it came with cables for every possible connection and it’s super easy to use. Plug it in select the microphone and off you go! 5 stars for soundBrenner as well as their customer service!

Great little tool to have with you for gigs, good sound but still able to have awareness of what's going on around you... great customer service when it was required

For starters, when the advertised price is $199, and you have an additional 20% code to apply, 1st clue is the price in the cart is now $233. And add-on after add-on offer in the cart--the SAME ITEM just purchased, but for triple the price? NOPE. Never again. No way to cancel the order (that I could find). They could be the best IEM's in the world, but I won't do business with a company like this.

I am a "lady of a certain" age, a retired writer/investigator, and a wanna-be violinist. I had no music lessons as a child, because--as my father explained to me--it would be a waste of money since I had no rhythm and was also pretty tone deaf. Times were tough back then.
I was 56 and grief-stricken when my father died, but also filled with a rage so severe, I ended up seeing a counselor to try to sort that out. Imagine my surprise to find myself on her couch one day, blubbering away about never having had music lessons when I was six. As she handed me a tissue, she suggested I stop whining about it and learn to play an instrument. Problem solved.
Well, not exactly. The violin is a seductive beast that has led to the downfall of many a pathetic soul before me. My puny attempts at making music seemed doomed from the start. My father was right.
Years pass. I take lessons, join groups, persevere. My intonation improves immensely. My rhythm continues to suck: the metronome is NOT my friend. I reach an uncertain plateau of mediocrity, a terminal second violinist, with no future, and then I discover the Soundbrenner Pulse.
It is not an exaggeration that this device and its associated Soundbrenner Plus software app made all the difference in my playing and motivation to practice. At last I could actually feel the rhythm, and stay into it and not let myself get distracted by the other musicians in our ensemble. I bought the Pulse in October, 2025, and made more progress in four months than I had in the last ten years of playing, and I was actually having fun!
Right up till I took delivery of my new iPhone 16e, and re-installed it's predecessor files on it, on March 4, 2026, many of which were automatically updated. Whoops! What's this? That's when i discovered I had accidentally bought two separate concurrent subscriptions to the Soundbrenner software, neither one of which recognized me any more, nor paired with my Pulse!
Late on the afternoon of March 4th, I contacted Soundbrenner to express my despair about a lot of matters: that the app no longer was the same and wouldn't pair, that it didn't recognize me, and had lost my history, that it appeared I had two overlapping subscriptions, the sky was falling, etc. etc. By 9:30 pm, I received a long, thoughtful, kind reply from a newbie support staff person "David", who provided a long list of precise suggestions. By the next morning, I had resolved the problem of getting the software to work and to pair with the Pulse, and to restore all my history, all of which was huge. I let "David" know I was pleased. By March 6th--also at his precise instruction--I was actually able to get Apple to refund the money for the second subscription I mistakenly took out (somehow?) My bank actually received the money. That was an astounding victory!! Thank-you, thank-you to "David" and "Florian" and "Ethan" and also "Sara" whom I noticed also helped me get started with the Pulse way back in October. You are what good service is all about. I commend you for that, for your patience, and also for the excellence of your products, which I recommend to friends. I issue you an invite to attend my concert at Carnegie Hall, whenever that occurs, probably on my hundredth birthday.
Regards, Sandra Ortiz
