I really liked the SoundMagic I purchased, I am old school and prefer a wired headset as i believe an actual cable delivers the signal better, I had an E10 and later an E80. Sound is amazing for the price point and is very balanced (I am not a heavy bass listener). However, both products have a shelf life, it first happened with my E10 and I thought it was me not taking care of it, then the same thing happened to my E80, the cable rubber or whatever the material is will start to show some cracks, then in short space of time, more cracks will appear until the earphone is not usable. I'd still recommend it if someone wants something great at a decent price point, but until they sort out the build quality and won't break in a year to 2, I won't be investing in getting more, shame as they are really good.

Well made product. Disappointed in the performance though. The bass was merely average despite using all tips and even memory foam. The price doesn't match the performance against CMF buds 2 nor Soundcore P31i buds both obtained at a cheaper price. The DAC for me doesn't elevate the sound.

While I understand that these headphones are popular they did not work in my ears, no seal was possible so no bass response.

E11 earphones sound good and are a reasonable price. Comes with a good travel case.

Made a mistake with my order, the company actually has a UK telephone number with a real human being answering the phone who sorted it all out in a few minutes. Headphones are great, customer support it outstanding.

The headphones are exceptional. I did have some sony which has to be connected to another lead to insert in my phone. These constantly failed so I found these with a usb c already attached😀. The sound is crystal clear and very precise. My music is very important to me so a good pair of headphones is what makes all the difference. Price wise a snip compared to other brands. Comes with own little storage box and different size buds. Great product❤️

Wanted balanced earphones to use with my DAP and the soundmagic E80's were the ones i chose after reading loads of reviews. With the 3.5mm jack they are very good but with the 4.4mm adapter i bought seperately (My player takes both sizes and the adapter is a different make) they are excellent. I am not an audiophile by any means and i cannot begin to explain the difference between the 3.5 jack and the balanced 4.4mm jack, but the difference in the power output to the phones makes me hear music clearer, if that makes sense. ie, the instruments seem to be seperated more and the bass does'nt just crash in but is more subtle, just nicer to listen to the music.
