I was struggling to find the right cable for my Lectrofan but found it here. I received the cable very quickly. The only issue was that I didn't get an order confirmation email (I checked spam etc).

I like the professionalism of it, it is really relaxing. I bought Lectrofan and Lectrofan Evo and Sound and Sleep SE. I use them for different things in different parts of the room and they all work well together. One near the door, as a distraction, from outside noises and inside, one on the office table and Sound and Sleep SE on the coffee table for relaxation and therapy time. I am still learning how to use them, it seems to have a sound detector on it so when, you talk loudly or a louder noise comes in, it distracts you too, I was surprised. I found customer services to be very helpful and honest, so I was able to make my own mind up in the end and what was right for me. I’m glad I’ve tried them. They were all packaged professionally, although I have too many plug sockets from all the way around the world that I probably won’t need, if there was a way of condensing it down, that would be better. Thank you.

Arrived quickly. Easy to use. And even though I was sceptical, it actually works - I’m dropping off to sleep much easier now, but the noise isn’t annoying, which is what I was worried about. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because if I’ve changed the noise by accident, I have to go through all the different noises and volumes and try to work out which one I used previously- it would be so helpful if each one was numbered and could be selected that way. But it really is good!

Seller used Royal Mail for delivery but after a month the item had not arrived. It was not delivered and was ultimately returned to the seller by Royal Mail.

I received a full refund for my purchase so will consider the matter resolved.

The ordering was a very easy process with a prompt delivery. This white noise device is for my dad’s chronic insomnia which he’s had for over 50 years due to tinnitus, it’s not a miracle cure but he has had a few nights so far with approximately 3-4 hours of unbroken sleep which is a big improvement for him.

I now have 3 Lectrofans & 1 Lectrofan Evo. In my bedroom I use 2 Fans, one set to "Attic Fan" & the other to White noise "Brown". These gadgets are LIFE CHANGING. I have noisy/but nice neighbours & once I got used to a tolerable Lectrofan volume (1 week) I now have 6/7 hours slumber. I bought my first one about 5 years ago. Used it every night without a glitch. More people should be made aware these gadgets.

This is a simple to use, effective noise cancelling device. It is very easy to use. It works too! My very light sleep is not as disturbed as it used to be! I am grateful.

I was dubious about this company at first because my purchase email never got sent to me so I thought I'd Been scammed, ended up in spam. The company reps corrected the issue and communication was good after that. I'm pleased with the product although quite pricey.
