​I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This brand claims to offer a 15-day replacement policy for defective devices, but it is impossible to actually use it.
​I received my earpods, and right out of the box, only one of them works. Since discovering the defect, I have tried calling their numbers, emailing them multiple times, and messaging them on WhatsApp. They have completely ghosted me.
​It’s clear they only care about customers until the moment the money is collected. Because I used Cash on Delivery (COD) here in Morocco, I don’t have the option of a credit card chargeback, and they seem to be taking advantage of that.
​Save your money and shop elsewhere. Their "guarantee" is completely meaningless because they refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages once they have your cash. Worst experience ever.

they didnt honor the warranty they claim all their products have 12 months of warranty but sadly not i learned that the hard way,After 2 months and 20 days of using their product the right earpud stop working but touch and charge still work tried resetting and updating from App and the Case but nothing work,I tried contacting them but no answer i mean just answer me tell me NO we dont have any warranty for you ignoring me not even saying no which just prove that all their employees are used to this and even advised to ignore everyone unless u buying pair of new one.
