Speedy & respectful service
I am overall very pleased with SoundStoreXL’s products and service: Speedy and respectful customer service, a wide selection of competitively priced merchandise, and an easy checkout process. I will definitely buy from them again. The only negative experience I had was with the initial shipping agent in Denmark. Both packages managed to get stuck in the terminal for about a week. Paired with agent’s poor tracking information, the experience was very frustrating. SoundStoreXL might be better served by considering a different shipping agent, which is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. However, once I notified SoundStore XL’s highly competent staff, the package was once again moving out of the terminal. On several occasion, SoundStore XL reached out to me to notify me about updates in the tracking as the shipment moved closer to delivery – absolute stellar service! I wish other companies would be this responsive.
In short, I highly recommend SoundStoreXL!
