Migrated my company's profile and licenses with no way of recovery- and then asks for a new account and licenses. I can't use the software my company paid for, unless I pay again. Do not use soundswitch, their choice in 3rd party authenticator is terrible as well

This is not okay, you have to request they add every fixture. They forget to tell you that you cant add your own lights yourself, you have to wait a couple of days for them to add them in their library. EVERY OTHER SOFTWARE CAN DO THIS!

I bought a SoundSwitch Micro and registered with that for the soundswitch software. Turns out you need iLok, one of the most annoying authentication programs out there, which was the first bummer. After registering I redeemed the 3-month subscription to the software coming with Micro. After configuring everything properly, the software refuses to activate. Nothing shows up in iLok. Restarted, reinstalled, nothing. Contacted Soundswitch through their website. Auto-reply (we'll contact you asap blabla). No actual reply. So I send them an e-mail. No reply. Tried sending another e-mail. No reply. So I am now stuck with an utterly useless USB-XLR cable which set me back 50 bucks. SoundSwitch, if you read this: you got me hyped & I almost went in blind for the lifetime subscription, Instead I am writing this review. Mmmm...that doesn't sound like a good business strategy, now does it?
A big shame because the cable seems of good quality and the potential of the software high.

Update 18-nov:
Sent 3 more e-mails. Received 1 reply only, asking me if I used the right credentials. Which I obviously did & already told them. Terrible customer service. I needed it this weekend and I can probably kiss that goodbye. I lowered my rating to 1 star because this is 100% useless.

Norton 360 thinks the installer is (translated german-english): 'Type of threat: Heuristikvirus. Threatdetection on the basis of malwareheuristiken.' 'Risk: The risk of this file is high'.

Now i know antivirus software can be wrong

Have ordered a USB interface when I ordered it was in stock, then they write to me that it is not in stock, I write back and forth with them, and ask them when they will get them home again, but do not get an answer, very strange since the company itself gets the product made, I can not just buy a third party product as I have to use it for my DenonDj Prime 4. Very disappointed, 😡

Har bestil et USB interface, da jeg bestilte den var den på lager, så skriver de til mig at den den ikke er på lager, jeg skriver frem og tilbage med dem, og spøger dem om hvornår de får dem hjem igen, men får ikke et svar, meget mærkelig da det firma selv der får varen fremstillet, jeg kan ikke bare købe en tredje parts produkt da jeg skal bruge den til min DenonDj Prime 4. Meget skuffet, 😡
