Very efficient in letting me know sample received and notifying me that results were in but useless when trying to access results. Repeated entering of information i.e. Order No and Postcode came up as invalid

I did find the procedure rather confusing and it wasn’t until l clicked on Update details that l got the certificate that said my test was negative, perhaps l didn’t read the information correctly I’m sure it was my mistake and thankfully my result was negative.

Amazing, and efficient service! Tiegan was extremely helpful and reassuring, when I had NO idea what I was doing! Thank you Tiegan for being so kind, helpful and so very patient!!!

Good service, easy to use

Although I had managed to post off the Covid tests successfully (upon return from holiday), I did not have the correct postcode to access our certificates. Sara from Source BioScience was brilliant. She was patient, polite, helpful and friendly. She provided all the information I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Well done and many thanks, Sara.

Source BioScience were commissioned by our holiday company Riviera Travel to do our Day 2 tests on return from a short cruise on the Douro. All was efficient and fast, and excellent. Difficulty getting our (negative) results on online - its an age thing - were helped quickly and with calm kindness by Melisa. Thanks so much.

I decided to use their service this time as it was possible to post test via Royal Mail. I made mistake in email and could not log in. It took several days to get the correct log in details as no one answered my email. But in general seems to be a good provider.

This company had high reviews for their covid testing. This company did not disappoint received my reference to add to plf kits arrived on time and quick turn around for results very highly recommend this company

The service was so easy to book & very quick, we had help from the lovely tiegan, she helped us with we’re to collect tests, how to ensure they were filled in correctly & handing them back in.
Results were quick & efficient

We booked a 2nd.day test and when we returned from holiday the tests were waiting, We took the tests the next day and posted them back on Monday and received the results on Wednesday Source Bioscience are mid range for price but the service is first class.

I bought the Day 5 test. Overall an excellent experience from the moment I bought the test, everything went smoothly and quickly that I was able to get out of quarantine way before my 10-day period. Will definitely use Source Bioscience again next time.

Four of us took PCR tests 72 hours before travel and posted them via a designated post box to Source Bioscience. We received emails telling us that the company was unable to return the tests in time as it was taking them four days to process them. This is of course a useless service. They offered a refund, but this doesn't help. A firm to avoid.

Recently ordered multiple tests for myself, friends and family the service was outstanding and worked seamlessly. I felt extremely kept informed throughout the process with royal mail tracking and emails from source bio science when kits were dispatched and received, with stresses around travel and having to provide test results before doing so I feel source bio science process takes a lot of the worry out of an already stressful situation. would defiantly use this company in the future

Poor IT and illogical instructions. When our PCR tests were received, we each got an email. We both missed the link (in yellow on white!) to upload sample date and time. As we had already recorded date and time on paperwork accompanying samples this should have been adequate. Apparently this was not. We contacted Riviera Travel on the afternoon before leaving UK, who quickly booked us immediate lateral flow tests at Manchester Airport. Had an excellent holiday as a result. On returning,we carried out Day 2 PCR tests. Source BioScience duly emailed when tests arrived. This time we knew we had to provide date/time details by internet. Source BioScience emails arrived at 10 am. My link to confirm date/time failed and was reported to be "invalid" and remains so at 1230 pm. My wife's failed and would only link to the Outbound PCR test but eventually worked at 12pm.
Do not use Source BioSciece. We nearly lost our holiday due to the company's illogical and near-illegible instructions

Ordered 2-day Covid test kits from them twice in August 2021 - both times the kits were dispatched and received on time and results were quick. We called once as we made a mistake labelling the test tube and our query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Good price on the kits as well. We are very pleased and recommend them.

Day1.Has already emailed for an error in my orders.
I ordered amber day 2 test but instead I received the reference number for fit to fly.
Please change/rectify the order and give us the reference number for passenger locator form so we can fly tomorrow.
Day1.Have received an email for refund, will update once the refund is completed.
