Excellent! From order to delivery, these guys meant business! Placed the order on a Thursday night, was shipped next day, and arrived to my area on Monday. Usps messed up the delivery and delayed the shipment for 5 days. When I asked South Beach Vapes for help, they responded to my email quickly and immediately requested the package be tracked. I got it the very next day.

Waited a week for the product (was supposed to be delivered in 4 business days) and get an email saying the orders been cancelled for lack of inventory. Yeah, lost me as a customer.

Not only was my product amazing but the package came before expected. Also came with a free “I love boobies” bracelet which is amazing (even though I’m a ass guy). 10/10 experience still.

I was blown away by how quickly they got the item to me. I ordered this around 4:30pm on Friday and I had it at 9:30am Monday morning. Still trying to find a way to make the item more user-friendly, but still not getting much vapor with some flower blends, and I had to remove the filter to get a better draw with my weak lungs, but that has nothing to do with this vendor.

Price was the best I could find. Package got sent and received pretty quickly( would have been 1 day earlier if my mail carrier wasn't a dumbass lol) But it works phenomenal and all in all I would def.purchace from them again.

The puffco started flashing rainbow lights shortly after arriving and won’t work no matter what I try. This is still an issue but it is being addressed by puffco themselves and South Beach Vapes has great customer service!
