Just got the Arizer SoloII
Just got the Arizer SoloII. SBV delivered quickly, and at the best price I could find. Very happy with the product, but happier once a friend sent me an article on different temperature ranges. Newbies to vape, like me be forewarned.....the temperature choice matters a lot.

Customer service has been outstanding
Customer service has been outstanding. The instructions for my Arizer Solo were vague and simply insufficient, so I contacted Southbeachvapes and received a prompt response from Jessica. She provided the link to video instructions as well as additional suggestions for optimal use of the Solo. I fault Arizer for instructions that are not well suited to senior citizens or anyone with low vision, but Southbeach has handled the shortcoming for them.
