Online Purchase of Gold Signet Ring
I was attracted to a gold signet ring on Southend Discount Gold’s website. It was fully described with excellent photographs and moderately priced considering its weight and 0.2ct diamond insert. As the size was smaller than I needed, I telephoned to enquire about resizing. The invisible alteration was done free of additional cost and the ring was delivered within 3 working days of my initial enquiry. The service afforded by this company was exemplary throughout. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase which truly represents excellent value for money.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Southend Discount Gold.

Your order was dispatched on time on Monday using Royal Mail Special Delivery and was delivered on Tuesday as promised. There was a short delay of a few hours due to Royal Mail which was unfortunately outside of our control.
During your phone call to our team, while you were raising your concerns, the parcel was delivered and arrived at your address.
While we regret any inconvenience caused by the short delay, we cannot accept the use of repeated swearing or threats of violence directed at our staff. This behaviour is taken seriously, and we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our team.
We are pleased that your order arrived safely but we did not appreciate the swearing and threatening language due to a 2.5 hour postage delay.
