This company should not be trading.

This company should not be trading.
Ordered tow items, KT tunic and mantle. Been chasing hard and told the items were on their way twice. The items are also listed on their website follow up as on the way.
They do not answer the phone and when they do they lied. Do noy answer emails. I did finally get Paypal who have arranged a refund.
If they provide this regalia under licence this should be removed from them

Atrocious service and deceitful staff.

I emailed this company to check whether their full provincial dress/undress package included dark blue sq & compass on the gloves because I intended to place an order amounting to over £250.
I got an immediate reply to say yes – it was the last immediate reply I got. More on the gloves later
I placed an order at the end of April. Having heard nothing further I emailed them early June to check whether the order would be delivered before the July AGM. I received no response. A week later I called and spoke to Lucy who said my order was due to be dispatched that Friday. It wasn’t.
I sent another email to check again and informed them I would be away for a week so could not accept delivery and had no secure space it could be left. I had no reply.
I called again, spoke to Lucy who did not apologise for not delivering as promised.
I got back off holiday and called again. My order was delivered a week later. The gloves were plain and there was a mistake on the name plate.
I called and explained. Lucy told me she would reorder the name plate and send with correct gloves.
Another week later nothing. I called again. I was told it would be delivered the following week – by Friday!
Nothing. I called again and was told the engraver had just returned and it would be done by Wednesday. The following Monday I called again. Now it would be this Friday. The following Monday I called at it was finally delivered the following Saturday. Correct nameplate – plain gloves again.
Called Monday – gloves in post. Called next Monday – gloves in post, Called next Monday – two pair of gloves had apparently gone missing in the post. They should complain to Royal Mail for keep losing their deliveries. Funnily enough, I never have problems with delivery by other companies.
Gloves finally arrive 6 months after original order and 2 emails completely ignored, at least 7 calls to repeatedly chase. Told blatant nonsense that two separate pairs of gloves had been ‘lost’ in the post.
The staff at this business cannot be trusted at all. What a terrible disappointment and very un-masonic behaviour indeed. I will never order from this company again. Atrocious service and deceitful staff.

Appalling Customer service

This company should be avoided at all costs. I ordered several items one of which was an Apron whose levels were stitched on so badly (wonky) with puckered leather that it rendered the item unusable and totally unfit for purpose. They never answer the phone or even acknowledge your emails. As such if something goes wrong they will simply ignore you and your only redress is pay pal or your credit card. I continue to send emails in the hope they may answer but will now pursue via sec 75 consumer rights. Please avoid.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered Provincial regalia in February, nothing heard for weeks. Chased twice and the second time I was assured that the aprons would be dispatched the following day and confirmation would be emailed to me. Nothing heard after 12 days so I have asked for my money back. This is a shame as I used them in the past and the service was great. Never again though...AVOID!!!

EXTREMELY bad

EXTREMELY bad! I’ve ordered £300 worth of KT regalia in August, it’s now October 19th and still nothing sent, they don’t answer the phone and don’t respond to emails either.

Honestly shop elsewhere - pay a little more.

Took an absolute age before I realised they weren't going to send my items out, they've always been a bit slow but as they were a little bit cheaper than other sites it was worth it. Now it really isn't ! Please save yourself a lot of hassle and embarrassment of turning up to your Prov meeting with no regalia and SHOP ELSEWHERE

8 weeks and still no item

Item listed as 3-4 week delivery. Emailed the company to ask for an update and was told it’s now 6 weeks for delivery.
8 weeks later and I’m still waiting.

This was my first and last order from them. Will avoid in the future

missing item- still waiting

On July 1, 2023: order# 38479 I ordered
1 x Royal Arch Principals Prestige Combo Set - Scottish (RAS002PAC) = £92.00. This set should come with a sash and leather apron. Processed August 25, 2023 and dispatched Sept. 1,2023
I received a vinyl apron but no sash. Mr. Tony Coles was informed of the missing sash and incorrect apron. On Aug.24, Lucy informed me that the missing sash would be dispatched, no word on apron.
Response from Mr. Coles on September 24, 2023 - the missing item will be sent
To date,11 months, no sash received and no refund -apron/ sash

Dreadful company

I ordered a provincial apron in March in good time for my investiture in May.
No apron! After several phonecalls and emails later I was told on 23rd May 'It was dispatched yesterday, you will have a confirmation email tomorrow and delivery by courier.'
Still no email, still no apron.
BRETHREN, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HOPELESS!!!

ordered a sash from them 11 Feb 24, after 2 months I chased only to be told its their busiest time of year and its in the que at the embroiderers. After 3 months I told them if they cant supply within the next seven days to refund me, at no time have they tried to contact me, so in the end I demanded a refund which will be with me next week according to the email from PayPal. What a truly awful company to deal with . Please do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere this is the worst online experience ever

Very slow delivery

I ordered a craft minute book in early September 2023. I was assured it had been dispatched, however, no tracking numbers were supplied. The item failed to arrive. After numerous phone calls I got a refund as the item was out of stock and a promise of a delivery free of charge by late November, when they would have stock. Late November arrived but the minute book didn't. After numerous more calls I settled for a red 'Chapter' minute book FOC which they had in stock. This time it did arrive via DPD. On this occasion a tracking number was supplied. I know I ended up with a minute book, but not the one that was ordered and only after a lot of time and effort on my part.

Dreadful service

I ordered Provincial Masonic regalia from this company, giving them 8 weeks notice to complete. They failed to complete a simple order which most similar companies would have done in half the time, the customer service was dreadful, on 3 occasions when I requested a delivery date, they they replied “we’ll contact you when it’s ready” and eventually failed to deliver on time, leaving me unable to attend an important function. I had to cancel the order and shop elsewhere as they still wouldn’t give me a delivery date. A big mistake on my part using this company, and never again.
