In this case I only ordered a few parts to make some changes to a job I did a few years back. I would have liked a cheaper delivery option since this package was quite small and not heavy. Anyway, I know that the delivery is very competitive for pallet sized loads, so I am not complaining!

Collecting your materials at Southern She
This was my first interaction with Southern Sheeting.
I chose to collect my purlins, which meant cutting them as they were 6 metres long, my van isn't.
The lady in the yard was really helpful, taking the 6m length to the cutting area, loaning me a hi viz vest required to enter the yard, and then offering to take the cut lengths to the van. She couldn't have done more.
Just be aware that you need your own equipment, gloves, goggles, etc. See their website for detailed instructions.

Did not receive my order and you had no reference to my order on your system. This in turn caused a significant delay on my job which could have been disastrous.

Quality box profile roofing but very expensive delivery
The box profile roof sheets I bought matched my rquirement. Good video guides for installation and helpful customer service. But very expensive delivery charges.

Salesman was very helpful and when I realised I had some material surplus to requirement they were happy to take it back. Only gripe was the delivery man left the materials outside in the rain without making an effort to make contact when I'd left a note to say I was in the garden
