I would strongly caution potential buyers before purchasing these dog shoes.
At first, I believed the issue was sizing and contacted the seller to request a size exchange, following their sizing guide carefully. However, after trying the product on my dog, I realized the problem is not the size—it is the fit and overall design. The shoes do not stay secure or function properly in real use, even when the correct size is chosen.
This is something that can only be discovered after the product is tried on, which makes the return policy particularly difficult in practice. Even after explaining that the issue was not sizing-related, I was offered only a size exchange, which does not resolve the problem. A refund was not provided.
Shipping was also not smooth in my experience, as the package was sent via USPS and required extra effort on my part to track and locate.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend these dog shoes unless you are fully aware that correct sizing does not guarantee proper fit or functionality, and that returns may be limited once the product has been used.
