Clean, modern crematorium that catered for everything we asked for at mums funeral. Nice location, well kept gardens, a pleasant location for celebrating the life of your loved ones

The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They're knowledgeable too: helping someone to manage his hearing aid so he could listen to the ceremony made a big difference. It was freezing cold today, but the chapel felt warm and welcoming. Really, I can't fault this venue. Their Good Funeral Award is justly deserved.

On a very difficult day everything went very well.

My only comment would be in bad weather an indoor waiting area would be a very big bonus especially for elderly and disabled people.

The setting is tranquil with the grounds well attended. The chapel is peaceful and the service was very good.

I have no other experience to compare with but the facilities were excellent.

A modern new build which I found so much nicer than some of the older crematoriums I have visited. Lovely grounds and all beautifully kept. I liked the fact that we could display on a tv screen a collection of photos which added a great personal touch to the service.

A nice, new shiny crematorium for Oxfordshire was long overdue.
Comfortable, clean and a nice location. My only gripe is the lack of a waiting room, having to wait in your car or under the canopy where the hearse drives up to...not great in bad weather.

Lovely venue very relaxing and comfortable, but, the chapel is not big enough, there were over 200 people at my husband funeral and lots of them had to stand outside, also the parking is just not big enough

I have had services here for both my parents in the past year and on both occasions everything was very well presented and all went smoothly

Our experience here at this difficult time was smooth and respectful. It is a pretty rural location, easy to get to and felt calm.

It would of been helpful if there had been a point of contact prior to the service to orientate me to funeral protocol. The does, where the flowers would be, where to go. Car park was full when we arrived, another service just finishing and not quite sure where to meet iur guests and where to go. All a bit confusing.

Serene beautiful grounds, immaculately clean surroundings. All services conducted with the utmost dignity.
