No issues with the merchandise, but it takes them forever to prepare an item to ship, then even with expedited shipping you don't get your item in time. I ordered on 12/12 and paid $20 extra for expedited shipping. They did not ship my item until 12/20, and I didn't receive it until 12/29. I reached out to customer service and after a few days delay they responded saying there was nothing they could do, it was the post office who didn't uphold their end of the bargain to ship it express. Will not be ordering from them again

would not recommend, Go to Amazon instead,, promised my item between 12/13-12/19, after several inquiries, label finally created on 12/23,,, its 12/28 still no product, customer service is terrible.

Very little positives. Ordered the one of the towelie pin sets for my fiancé's birthday. Website says the set would ship in 1 day, but in actuality only the label was made within a day and the product sat in the distribution warehouse for a further 5 days. It then took another week AFTER the delivery date for the product to arrive. After I opened the bag I found there was no real packaging, just the pins themselves tossed into a shipping bag, leaving them to scratch against each other and cause damage due to the cheaper quality. Overpriced product for the quality and can't stick to their own shipping guarantees. Won't be ordering from here again

Editted - they responded and processed the return (minus shipping but ai was already made aware of that & have absolutely no problem with that) and they provided a 15% off coupon (which I do plan to use & I'll just be much more careful about the size in the future). I am very pleased with them providing resolution & not losing money on this item. I'm still sad it didn't fit though lol

I received the item quickly, but it was far too small, so I reached out to return it - initially I had no issues with communication and they responded quickly. I shipped the item back over a month ago and I now (conveniently) can't get anyone to respond via email and I have no idea if I'll get my money back or if I just paid them for a jersey that I mailed back to them because it didn't fit. Incredibly disappointing because the shirt was great quality and I was very sad that it didn't fit.

Nach für die Distanz angemessener Zeit kamen ein Longsleeve und ein Hoodie an, den ich bestellt hatte. Beides habe ich sehr gerne getragen, da es am Anfang auch so schön neu geglänzt hatte. Leider hat das Motiv des Longsleeves den ersten Waschgang gar nicht gut überstanden und auf sich selber so stark abgefärbt, das das Motiv direkt viel viel dunkler und unübersichtlicher geworden ist. Schade. Den Hoodie habe ich noch gar nicht gewaschen, da versuche ich es jetzt mal mit Textilfolie über dem Motiv mit der Hoffnung, das das Motiv seinen Ausdruck behält.
